Secrets Kept to Chase
How do I know you're not real?
The happiness I'm feeling,
Seems not to appeal to you.
And whatever you keep within,
It is there and not revealed.
And secrets kept to chase...
To conceal,
Will not take away my happiness.
To make that second place.
Especially when it has taken too long...
To make an appearance on my face.
And it does not fake when it shows.
That's how I know you're not real.
There is a pretense about your zest and zeal.
