People Lead to Impress By Example

I will always believe,
Most people should lead...
To impress by example.
If that example is nonexistent,
Depressed of opportunity.
Or implusive in implementation...
There is nothing concrete to follow.
Presenting a devastation allowed,
From an unspoken encouragement.
And people are left in a disarray displayed.

Reflecting that which has been shown.
And a decay is what becomes known!
Witnessed to exist!

To rid one from this...
Is a challenge that takes committment!
From everyone who wishes,
A better way to conduct a life with promise...
That fulfills.
And not destroy a quality that can be achieved!
Addressing will power to accomplish it!
And this takes faith and skill.
