Laminate and Place
To laminate enriching remembered escapades...
Would be fantastic.
Only if these possibilities were made.
I would laminate and place,
Each thrill I've had upon a wall!
To kiss as I passed...
With lingering wishes I had autographed,
Each goose bumping tingle...
Before I rushed to seal them under clear plastic.
However...
I am reminded I have become less impulsive.
Although still young enough,
To relive each sensation again.
So blessed I am,
To possess such a 'vivid' imagination.
And grateful I can deluded myself...
With a suspension of reality.
Coming now and then,
To dropp hints...
That age is making attempts,
To invade my mind!
I leave such nonsense behind.
To lie and amused,
To 'whoever' that is...
Reflecting an aging process,
In a mirror needing to be replaced...
To keep updated with my pace.
