Intoxicants...With a Splitting of The Goodies

Self absorption.
Obsessive conquests,
To dominate into submission...
All requests for sex.

Or from loaners...
A suggestion to extend,
Timely payments promised to be paid.
To borrow from a friend...
Known to give in and up too freely.
Like a breeze that whips fresh air to breathe.

Intoxicants become habits hard to break.
Unless one refuses and denies,
Satisfaction without tease but with seriousness.
And a snap back into reality...
When pleasure sought,
Isn't given as expected.

And a loyalty missed...
With a teaching taught,
As to who brings what to the table...
As a gift to share,
With a splitting of the goodies.
