Idle Chatter

Just because an act seen can be done,
Does not mean there is a satisfying need...
For a doer dared,
To please with achievement...
A doing baited by the onlookers.

Many with false perceptions assume,
Those who have exposed certain gifts...
Stay up nights...
Strategizing the seeking of further impositions.
To get attention.

And when an attention mentioned is given and received...
A strutting done seen,
Becomes the topic of unwarranted envy.
And a nonstop gossip about an 'ego' flows.
Some folks like to pick other noses!
With an idle chatter sweetened to lick loose lips.
