Identifying How It Is Applied

You're looking for relevance?
What a coincidence.
So am I.
But I think the retrieving of it...
Will depend on one of us,
Identifying how it is applied.
Whenever it is discovered!
And to what will it be processed?
To impress whom?
And why should we care,
If it doesn't become recognized.
Since whose relevance will it then belong,
Once you and I declare it so and agree?
