Here Is A Quick Tip

Here is a quick tip,
For those who name drop.
And believe they can sit to assess someone,
Based upon what they have heard by others.
And have bought with a selling what they've been told.

I would suggest to never do that unless...
The person being assessed,
Is formally auditioning for approval and acceptance.
Since assessments in many situations,
Come to disappoint those who do it.

Especially...
When they notice they are the ones,
Who have been quickly picked as those to leave behind...
By someone who seeks and finds an exit.
Without an apology or a mention as to 'why',
They must do what is observed being done and abruptly!
