E-Nuff

When I've had enough!
That's a capital 'E'...
With an attached 'Nuff.'
The last thing on my mind,
Is seeking a therapist.
I know what I am dealing with.
With no one needed,
To discuss how to handle it!

Some folks are driven to boil over.
As if they are avoiding letting off steam.
My approach is quite the opposite.
Those kinds of performances...
No one will get or see from me.
I keep my mouth closed.
With no huff to puff.
Or acts of aggravation...
Will anyone witness to see.

An open door I might have left cracked,
Becomes sealed to be cemented.
And those who may have accused me,
In a past that has gone to fade...
Of being moody and tempermental,
In those days when I allowed that craze...
Are no longer 'privy' to those scenes.
My patience will not be enticed to screams.
No looks of satisfaction,
Will I produce in others' eyes.

With maturity comes wisdom.
And I have had experts in the field of irritation...
Teach to me the value of being wise.

When I've had enough!
That's a capital 'E'...
With an attached 'Nuff.'
The last thing on my mind,
Is seeking a therapist.
I know what I am dealing with.
With no one needed,
To discuss how to handle it!

My peace of mind delivered...
Will not be wrapped and packed,
To be sent back.
And debating that as a fact...
Is a trap that will no longer unhinge,
THAT from me as my discovery.

E with a Nuff of that stuff,
Is what it is!
E-Nuff.
