Enhanced Disenchantment Experienced

Enhanced disenchantment experienced,
Is good for one taking time to renovate.
And to appreciate those gifts given,
That are sometimes taken for granted.

Too much publicity can stun and overwhelm.
To distance quick,
One who seems to be at the helm of it.
And thought to solicit it as an addiction.

But all things that rise,
Seldom maintains a fresh edge that surprises.
It is easier to slip away from getting attention...
Than to stay in the limelight,
Receiving verbal interventions intended to diminish.
With a constant criticism by those who thirst...
Something or 'someone' to direct a disapproval.
No matter what the substance or content that is despised.
