Emotionally Experienced

The understanding that formulating a technique,
Is advisable...
Before one attempts to manipulate,
Those already emotionally experienced...
In many endeavors yet to have been shown.
And have invested prior time unknown,
To easily determine...
Who tries to play games with an unqualified mind.
