Either Sitting Or Standing

If one is without an ability to think quickly,
Either sitting or standing on one's feet...
It would be a safe bet to place,
That a decision awaited by anyone...
With no time to waste for an answer,
To be given without hesitation...
From this same person to make,
Could be life threatening.

It would not be advantageous to either one...
If a tornado is seen coming.
And one is on the telephone,
Asking for hotel accomodations...
Occupancy rates and quality of food served.
However...
This activity as viewed by many,
Would be interpreted as being pro-active.
