Difficult To Be Encouraging

It can be difficult to be encouraging,
To those mentally under-nourished.
And suspicions of someone threatening them,
To have a thought to think AND comprehend...
Can be quite traumatic,
For those who have accepted...
Their minds are only there,
For others to use.
