Define Your Pain As Survivable

Define your pain as survivable.
Envision your afflictions as gone.
Meditate in a quiet place.
And turn your love light on.

Remove and release every piece of agony.
Choose not to let them live,
Within your mind endlessly.

Whatever it takes,
Break away from heartache.
And practice once in awhile,
Putting a smile on your face.

At first rehearsing this may hurt.
But welcoming a happiness,
That quenches your thirst...
Allows a recognition of it to be craved.
Like nothing else experienced on Earth.
You will be amazed.

And a hurting once enjoyed soon disappears...
From those days saved,
To live anticipating being in dismay.

Define your pain as survivable.
Envision your afflictions as gone.
Meditate in a quiet place.
And turn your love light on.
Bright!
Until those clouds are lifted.
Bright...
Until your voice is heard,
Transfixed...
In the singing of a brand new song!

'Oooooklahoma, where the winds come sweeping,
O' the plains.
And the air is...'

I'm happy you have broken out of that gloomy mood you held,
However...
Do you mind singing something else?
I sat through that movie more times than I dare to admit!
And listening to it now,
Does not give me goose bumps.
The thrill of hearing it again has gone!
