Cussless
How can I go cussless?
Without expressing,
My temporary fits with upsetness?
It would feel so good,
To release a shhh...
With an it at the end.
Or a fuh...
Off the cuff,
As I sipped a cup of coffee.
It would be so easy to seep,
In a sweetened dipped...
MF-ing S.O.B.
That is Still On Blaze...
To lift a tension freeing my craze!
How can I go cussless?
Will my tongue get rusty,
Laden with crust,
From lack of cussing?
I'm trying hard to control my temperment.
But the events of the day...
Find me tempted with disgust,
To toss four letter words...
From my lips to thrust!
And leave a few of them on many ears with effect.
Instead of telling them I have some gas to pass.
When I'm really wishing,
I could break their necks.
As I ascertain my composure,
Around those assinine.
The ones who could care less...
How I managed to maintain my dignity.
When I leave them saying...
'Kiss my 'rump' and go to heck.'
Jiminy Cricket...
Aw-shucks!
I don't believe I refused to cuss.
*Thank you, Carlo Collodi.
And gosh darnit when I do that...
My back unpacks much stress.
I guess I 'can' go without the cussin'.
*Carlo Collodi...
is the creator of 'The Talking Cricket (ll Grillo Parlante)
which developed into the Walt Disney version
famed as Jiminy Cricket!
