Current Expectations

That sharing with a tactic used,
Gets to becomed overdone.
And somewhat diffused,
By the actions of some.

When those who are approached...
Have in the past given up their last.
Are today told and shown by the ones,
Seeking to be impressed when addressed...
That what someone has to give and offer them,
Does not meet with the needs of current expectations.

'I'm sorry.
What are your updated expectations? '

~We now seek those with approved appearances,
Before we consider what it is to us they give.~

Blinded by image and quick to refuse...
One's abilities and expertise.
