Criticized As Spoilers

An era of truth and accountability has descended.
And people are not familiar with it.
They have become traumatized by suspicion.
Deceit and lies have been exposed.
Overdosed and frozen by it,
They are.

Addictions wont let them go.
And folks want these comforts to remain untouched.
So much they beg for guidance from crooks.
The ones that have crushed their quality of life.
And broken their backs and cracked foundations.

While those in place,
Who have come to do things right...
And erase their degradations,
Are criticized as spoilers.
And champions of too much realism.
They prefer to be deceived.
In a comfort of corruption that relieves them.
