Had been able to bilk billions,
Of dollars scamming!
And,
Scheming those he knew!

Discovered:
After arrest,
Man who bilked...
Also mingled freely.
Yet declared,
Upon a thorough investigation...
Of lacking substance.
And being superficial!

Conclusion:
Man who bilked and mingled.
Scammed and schemed,
Among those he knew.
And they knew him.
How can someone discovered superficial do this?
