Choices Unwisely Made

Unfortuately...
A vote against reality,
Does not prevent its presence.

To choose to combat delusions,
And decaying fantasies.
Ushers in a clarity.

And does not waste,
Choices unwisely made.
To keep truth resisted.
Or a foolishness debated.

Yet...
Still the darkness of ignorance,
Remains cheered.
