Cemented Against Your Re-appearance

Forgetting you...
Is not my option.
Nor is there a door to open,
I can walk through...
Without you in my mind.

Forgetting you I thought was a done deal.
I refused a hint of feeling anything for you.
Or so I thought.
I was sure any memory I had riddened,
And cemented against your re-appearance.

Everywhere I went unintended...
With a need to adventure and explore new avenues.
I was drwan to a purpose meant.
What was I doing?
Running from myself?
To forget you?

I never took the time to believe you would leave.
I never took the time to believe that you would.
And when you did...
I sat.
And sat,
Even through cat naps...
Disbelieving.

'Who's fool am I now? '
Your voice I hear so clear in my head.
'Who's fool am I now?
To me you are the one,
In my mind who is dead! '

Your voice I hear so clear in my head.
'Who's fool am I now? '
'Who's fool am I now? '

Go away!

Your voice I hear so clear in my head.
'Who's fool am I now? '
'Who's fool am I now? '

Go away!
Go away!

'Who's fool am I now? '
'Who's fool am I now? '
