Bunion Rubber

'Bunion Rubber? '

Yes, Mah Lord.

'Who are those people in the courtyard? '

They are the folks,
Who said they did not want to hear any more mess.
Especially the mess a few years ago...
To them you wished and attempted to address.

'Then what are they doing here?
Bunion Rubber.'

They have come to seek your appearance.
In the hopes you will forgive them.

'Forgive?
Them for what? '

It seems a few called you an idiot.
Not realizing you are the one who supports,
Their income and budgets.
Those who then did not wish to hear your mess.
Did not know you possessed the keys to their treasures.
And they wish your forgiveness if...
They commenced with the licking of your boots!

'That's ridiculous.
It's totally absurd.
I am not a boot wearer.
I haven't worn boots in years.
That's how rumors get started.
And I don't like it one bit!

However...
I do have several pair of loafers,
They can pass amongst themselves...
As a start to acquire the ultimate skill of it,
From a disciplined practice.
Before anyone is allowed to touch my prized Stacy Adams.

You can deliver that message.
To uncloud any doubtful eye.
And get back to massaging my bunions.
I think I'll take my usual walk around the compound.
