Bit and Chased a Little High Life
I bit and chased a little high life.
And it was something that I thought I liked.
My eyes were open wide and bright.
I felt a feeling inside exciting.
I bit and chased a little high life.
And it was something that I thought I liked.
The life I lived became a bore.
I explored the wish of wanting much more.
I bit and chased a little high life.
I couldn't rid it out of my sight.
No one could say that wasn't me.
Something that teased I needed desperately.
I bit and chased a little high life.
My mind was closed to any good advice.
But one day my bubble was pinched.
I fell to Earth and regained common sense,
Then!
I fell to Earth and distanced all pretentions.
And now,
My life...
Is freed.
