Attempted Murder

Your objectives do not motivate me.
Why would you think they could?

'If I got you to believe you were great,
My self esteem would raise.
Since you would then reflect a joy,
I am determined to see you receive! '

And this deception I am to believe?

'I hope that you do.
I've spent a fortune getting the skywriter
To print 'You Are Great' in the sky.
For weeks!
But you never looked up at all.
We can't give happiness away today!
What's going on? '

Too many of us have been sold on self hatred.
When the money goes...
So does everything else!
But that's not where I'm at.
My mind is somewhere else.
On a whole different thing!

'That's pitiful.
Then what are those values and standards based on?
What about your faith and Christianity and all that?
The fellowman, and brotherhood and unity speeches?
What's that all about? '

And you can gain 300 pounds without eating a meal, right?
Wrong!

I really appreciate what you are trying to do.
But I am still going to call the police.
I told you I had no money to pay for that skywriter.
And you break into my home!
Looking for something of value.
Do you see how basic I live?
What makes you think I don't enjoy my life,
As it is?

Needing a bit motivation.
And I was ready to put my life on the line! '

Unlawful entry and attempted murder!

'Whoa, Whoa, Whoa, Whoa..WHOA!
What are you talking about? '

You attempted to kill my peace of mind!
That's attempted murder.
And that's what I am going to accuse you of.
And I defy anyone who says you didn't do it!
You're going to be locked up for a long time.
Hopefully for the rest of your life!
