Abusive Husband

Every woman is a flower waiting to blossom
We are not toys
We are not things to be collected
No one can be owned by another
Chauvinism and sexism is a sin
Every human being should unfold
Every woman should reach her potential

Some say they love the little bird in a cage
They clean the cage, feed the bird
They give the bird everything
Except its freedom

Some are held in check by marriage vows
Some sleep alone and cry

What is saying I love you mean?
Relationships of sublime ownership
He treats her like a pet
He needs her
She takes such good care of him
Growth is love
Loving another is caring about their growth
So many live in well decorated cages
The abusive husband snores away
