Meditation Poem-I Ask My Physique These Questions

I ask my body
Have I wronged you?
expecting you to behave
like what others have
described in the book?
tell me your true self
dance it out in each nerve
leave me on the chair
let me be an audience
in this theatre of realities
spiritual, physical, or metaphysical
when all has unfolded
perhaps you and me
would be the best of friend till
the end of time or all eternity
