Chakra #1

color-deep red

stone-ruby

4 lotus flower petals unfold

Lies at base of spine

this chakra connects us to
the mother earth.

when open we have a feeling
of belonging.

focuses on our needs.

Gives us the ability to work
on the physical plane..
