I Have Tried

So many times I have tried to end
Attempted at many things to mend
Bring about some attitudinal change
As it was very much within my range

I have liked peace and silence
It is helps you to feel better and not feel tense
I had read somewhere one beautiful sentence
'Come to me any time whenever you want my presence'

I have observed prevalennce of peace in temples
I have seen happy people while coming out from mosques
How happily children and their parent visit church?
Their only aim is to get blessings and feel as such

But one thing is certain and possible
An individual need not run away while facing the troubles
Life as such is not easy and full of struggle
The peace can not be had in dense forest or jungle

No doubt it takes us away from hustle and bustle
Where even little sound can be heard from whistle
I used to perform meditation early in hours
Some sound from insects used to all in ears

There is something like magic in prayer's call
It gives peace and mental stability to all
It has no religious affinity but a simple exercise
Lot many changes are witnessed with surprise

It is direct contact with invisible power
It may be granted or gained by only fewer
It requires tremendous strength to gain access
The brightness and radiance may be seen on face

You are away from physical world
No worry, no hurry and everything is pushed into cold
Body may remain physically on ground
The soul may be far off to a place and never found
