Always My Little Girl

When we met my heart told my brain.

That I must remember that deep refrain.

One that would form my whole life

By asking that little girl to be my wife.

When I said, 'I love you, ' it's when I knew

That 'Would you marry me? ' was in view

And promised that always my little girl

Would forever remain my beloved pearl.
