Industry Demands Diversity

Discrimination reflects inner ugliness
industry demands diversity
prosperity calls for equality

no shame in laboring for a living
partnerships founded upon trust
responsible investing, job creating

honest, hardworking
blue collar, white collar
coming together, working as a team

building bridges, opening doors
further progressing toward
our shared goal, our common dream
