Long ago a man

Long ago a man
with sandals and a cloak
walked on dust roads
and like it is with people
he was different.

He saw every one as his brother
and sister
and shared his possessions
with everyone around him.

Love, compassion and comprehension
was in his eyes
and he did nothing
for his own advantage

and still today
his tracts lie wide
and they cannot fade away.
