Enemy Migs

At first we think
that they are Mirages
and know this time
the enemy is going to get
a nice hiding,
but the sound sounds enemy foreign
and when they dive down
we know that catastrophe is at hand.

Like huge eggs
bomb after bomb falls
and they disappear
in the direction
from where the sun rises.
