Rarest of the rare

Man here is the
Rarest of the rare
And wonder to care.
No ideas no hazards
No search no research
Man is not mare.
Man destroy man
Man hate man
Man has ample power.
Man the rarest of the rare
Need utmost love
Utmost care.
