Red Cheeks

Cold air upon my face
with sun high in the sky.
Let the two of you join together
like an Eskimo pie.
For the cold that's here
I don; t seem to mind
as long as I can find
the sun's rays touching me,
And as long as my eyes can peer
as if you were so near.
Cold air upon my face,
my cheeks are so red.
Is it because the cold has won?
Or is it because of the sun?
