My Nose

When I pass a bakery store
then I know what noses are for.
The aroma that wafts into the air
invites me in to stop and stare
at all the confectionary treats in sight.
If I could have but just one bite
and sample each and every one
my tastebuds would be overrun.
And so dear nose you must take care
before you breathe into the air.
For what you are doing to the rest of me
is adding pounds on.
Can't you see?
