Now For Sale

It is for sale so,
Set sail and come to me;
For the noie of the whale at sea is like the wail of my neighbour next door!
But, the train station is very far from me.
It is for sale so,
Sail on and come to me!
For my love is now for sale;
And, i want to present it to you for a better price to enhance my status.
