Abstain

Marry and bear children,
Lift up holy hands in prayers;
prove all things and hold fast to that which is righteous.
To the land of the brotherhood,
To the land of the sisterhood,
To the land of the motherhood,
To the land of the fatherhood,
Abstain from every appearance of evil.
