Kindness is the unmatching penance

'O' heart!
Do penance! Do penance!
If you do penance, you can achieve
Whatever you like, in this universe;

Nothing is equal and better than kindness,
Kindness is the unmatchable penance,
People who are kind to everybody
Live for ever gladly and happily'
