Sonnet: Trust in God Always

Oh, will my troubles be back very soon?
The possibilities are strong indeed!
Our trifles appear/ disappear like moon;
Our problems grow amidst our joys like weed.

Yet, there are many people worse than us,
Who cannot afford daily food or drink;
They seem to live as if under a curse;
Our woes are naught, compared to theirs- I think.

Whatever trials come in our life’s wake,
We shan’t forget the God of universe;
Let’s pray and put up for God’s sake;
No ill-feelings against God, should we nurse.

The God who guided thus far, won’t forsake!
He frees us from all hurdles in life’s wake.
