Sonnet: To the Nicest Person I Know

I love the way you dress and walk all days;
I love the way you move with friends and peers;
I love the way you teach and talk always;
I love the way you comfort ones in tears!

I love the way you make your mind so clear;
I love the way you think of God and pray;
I love the way you give advice and hear;
I love the way you fast and abstain, aye!

I love the way you help your students, mates;
I love the way you ignore gossip rife;
I love the way you keep your words and dates;
I love the way you stood steadfast all life.

I love the way you played the role of Dean;
I love the way, a friend nice you had been!
