Sonnet- God Won't Reward Uselessness

A palace dark- of what use can it be?
A chariot sans wheels! How can it run?
Accursed must be the grotesque, fruitless tree;
What sultriness comes with the scorching Sun?

A childless couple! Happy, can they be?
A River-basin, dry! the people curse;
How long can one live in adultery?
An empty coffer can't payments disburse.

Why should a flowerless plant be watered well?
All extra calories become just fat;
If earthly success lands one into hell;
All life, you can't remain on wall, a Cat!

We serve our God by serving our brethren;
We love our neighbours to gain our Heaven.
