I Choose To Heal

I've decided not to be reminded of my griefs.
I've learned that carrying a baggage of sorrows,
Only weighs on my back...
Unhappiness to be left to be repeatedly monitored.

Tears cried as others measured my pain,
On a scale from one to ten...
Are days I've chosen not to live.
Again!
And again.
AND...again without end.

Why should I celebrate my agony,
On a regular basis?
What does doing this for me achieve?
A hatred and bitterness I pray from me will leave?
Or a constant search to seek validation,
How miserable my life lived can be?

NO!
For others that may be so,
To acknowledge without a letting go.
But for me...
My happiness comes with the knowing,
I can forgive.
Not forgot!
My mind wont let me do it.
But make attempts to forgive I can do.

Hating myself for hurting you

I hurt you and I regret it with every breath i take
From what I did my spirit and heart break
I cry from the pain I caused you
I got drunk and did something I didn't want to
I lost one of the best things in life I've stumbled upon
Now I am left with nothing but pain to reside on
I am sorry and hope you can forgive me
For without you I will not be able to be happy
I wish I wasn't so stupid and could take back what I did
My hands tremble and my mind wanders into thoughts of death
I don't if I can make it through this
Something I caused by my pure stupidness
I look in the mirror and only see hurt and regret
I feel as though there is nothing left
I will do anything to be back in your arms
I want to be surrounded by your warmth
I cry and know the tears wont stop as long as you are gone
I hate myself for what I did knowing it was morally wrong

After thousands times of forgiveness

One more time I forgave

Dozens of love i gave

While the God above has the mercy of forgiveness

I always thought it would be unfairness

We as an human beings not to forgive

And after all their deeds one more chance I gave

Because Inside of my heart i can't keep a hate

While forgiveness doesn't heal heart ache

But still i believe forgiveness never meets my regrets

For the God sake I always used to give one more chance

For me the goodness in life is a main

Life Or Death?

Every day we live, we always face death
We get closer to it, every time we take a breath
Life is special but death brings peace
Life brings reality and things you believe
Death is hard for everyone around
Death is quiet, no more bad sounds
Life is also hard, all the things we go through
Life can never be easy, no matter what you do
Death is sad, for those who cry
Death is meaningful, for those who die
Life is a work of art, it's nice to look
Life is full of teachings, like an open book
Death is the new life, might as well be dead

Life brings new things, always something new
Life brings surprises, something out the blue
Death is scary, nothing we want to see

'I'm trying. I'm trying

while the town behind him burned;

But he wanted to be sure
his daughters complied:
one covered her face with her veil;
the other tied
a sash around her eyes
and limped along;
only his ditz of a wife
dallied and turned.

'No sir, you needn't remind me',
he muttered, under his breath.
How he had tried
to save the cities-!
but good men are hard to find:
