No, it is not remarkable that Everest did not yield to the first few attempts; indeed it would have been very surprising and not a little sad if it had, for that is not the way of great mountains.

Maria
Maria, your love is so amazing to me!
And i will stand by you like the well of water.
You are with a view of love so sweet,
And your love is the mountain firm beneath my feet.
Your love is amazing,
Your love is steady,
Your love is unchanging,
And your love is like a mystery to me;
How it gently lifts me up so high than Mount Everest!
Maria, your love makes me sing;
And when i am surrounded by you,
Your love carries me so high!
I am love with you and i can feel your love rising me up;
And all the joy that is growing deep inside of me is because of you.
Your love is very surprising,
Your love is very gentle,
Your love is very sweet,
And your love is like a mystery to me;
How it gently lifts me so high than Mount Everest!
And every time that i do see you,
Your sweetness shines through me like the sweet land of roses.

What we can do now is contribute to a clearer understanding of what happened that day on Everest in the hope that the lessons to be learned will reduce the risk for others who, like us, take on the challenge of the mountains.

Edmund Hillary's ascent of Mount Everest was a testament to human achievement, my climb of Mount Everest in my shorts will be a monument to the frivolous, decadent nature of modern society.

Remarkable Women
We women are remarkable
and we all know that's true.
We look for the bright side
in most that we do.
We birth our babies
and stand the pain.
We heal their wounds
and still remain
able to focus on our man
and do for him all we can.
We women are remarkable
and that's why we're here.
We can cry uncontrollably
and still dry our tears.
We all stand together
shoulder to shoulder
and keep all our friends
as we grow older
and are able to focus on one another
as if they were our sister or brother.
We women are remarkable
and can always be counted on
to lend a helping hand
'til your troubles are gone.
So don't ever change ladies.
Remember why you're here.
You become more remarkable
with every passing year.

A Remarkable World
A remarkable world of new friends
A remarkable world of sorrow
A remarkable world of yesterday
A remarkable world of tomorrow
What a nuisance
And yet what a place
These days are dreadful
Because they provide a race
A race of time, a race of one desire
Everyone has a need
Even if they are leaving
They've made a choice to succeed
Still the race continues on
We never want it to end
It seems like no one is going to win this
Until the very last bend
Through the years we've been higher and higher
Towering above what the world knows
Still we keep on moving
Until someone slows
But everyone is thinking,
That isn't going to be me
Someone else will do it
But no one ever takes the lead
So this race continues
Because we all refuse
To quit the race
Where no one wins
Until the very last bend
Which is out of sight
It's wonderful to be back. Back among the mountains that remind us of our vulnerability, our ultimate lack of control over the world we live in. Mountains that demand humility, and yield so much peace in return.
Then There Are The Mountains
On a mountain's peak is there peace?
Mountains that overlook the quiet prairie.
Mountains that borders life in rural counties.
Mountains chiseled by years of wind and rain.
Mountain winds creep keeping all secrets.
Mountains a kin to the lower hills of death.
Mountains at the height of glamour baked in sunshine.
Mountains that reach for more majestic planes.
Mountains giving to the ridges, valleys and cliffs.
Mountains in spring the fulfillment of adventure and dream.
Mountains which can shelter one from storm.
Mountains an enduring symbol in poetry.
Mountains which inhabit the calls of the wild.
Mountains of spectacle, below the bending roads between.
Mountains embracing, magnifying the sounds of river.
Mountains the stellar monuments of time.

Just An Observer
Everyone knows the truth is painful.
And a lie can fly from tongue to ear,
Quicker than the speed of light.
And...
Delight the receiver!
Promise a child 'anything' to quiet at night.
Lips will zip and eyes will close tight!
Try it, the results are remarkable.
I am not the one to say preachers do this,
From pulpits!
Nor do I quote politicians,
Without hiding crossed fingers.
I am just an observer,
Who has experienced what hurts!
With attempts to distance from it,
Not as quickly as I sometimes wished.

I get bored at the theatre a lot because I notice that there's not always a connection between the actors. They may be technically proficient, but they're not surprising each other. I'm thrilled by actors who make choices that are surprising.

Psalm 126
Surprising deliverance.
When God restored our captive state,
Joy was our song, and grace our theme;
The grace beyond our hopes so great
That joy appeared a painted dream.
The scoffer owns thy hand, and pays
Unwilling honors to thy name;
While we with pleasure shout thy praise,
With cheerful notes thy love proclaim.
When we review our dismal fears,
'Twas hard to think they'd vanish so;
With God we left our flowing tears,
He makes our joys like rivers flow.
The man that in his furrowed field
His scattered seed with sadness leaves,
Will shout to see the harvest yield
A welcome load of joyful sheaves.

Like Mountains Lying Far Away And Blue
Like mountains lying far away and blue
love stays constant; it does not become common,
it leaves impressions in the great remembrance
and of this there is something between you and me;
I can never gaze enough at you.
Like mountains lying far away and blue
of which the presence never fades
there is something that looks like true love,
it leaves impressions in the great remembrance
that clings to every other thought,
.as something that does not want to parish.
Like mountains lying far away and blue
your humanity stays eternally true to me,
your face is continually covered with a ray of sun,
it leaves impressions in the great remembrance
and even when your tears shines like drops of dew
our love does stay eternally glamorous,
like mountains lying far away and blue
it leaves impressions in the great remembrance.

Never give in - never, never, never, never, in nothing great or small, large or petty, never give in except to convictions of honour and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.

I Love You In Neon Light
I would write I love you
In neon lights
I would have it in marquee
In Las Vegas down town
In the Champs-Elysees of Paris
I will go to Africa
To the Kilimanjaro mountains
And will have sign
I love you on the top
I love you unconditionally
So you know
I will have the sign for you
Every place you go
I will have it
Even if I go to
Tibet or mountain Everest
So I love you
And you remember that
Any place you go

Versions of Reality
Varying versions of reality...
Seem to be merging into one tight fit!
Few today have questions,
As to which beliefs are appropriate.
Debated arguments over senselessness,
Are fading quick.
And there is a difference between a reality,
One creates...
And one that exists that some refuse to embrace.
Even when it is staring them in the face.
Folks like these believe deceit,
Is a worthy opponent to confront truth!
With a remarkable way displayed to duck...
Sucker punch or make attempts to avoid it!

India, how to increase the Olympics medal tally
God of Games
who rides on chariots,
carriages and horses
that roar like thunder and
flash like heaven's lightnings
God of Sports
physiques lithe, muscular
and tough that can bounce over
the Himalayas and traverse Mount Everest
with the strength of Hanuman
it is time hindus adopt
a God of Sports, of Games
like the ancient greeks, romans
who will be be inspired to be
champion chariot riders,
premium swimmers braving the
treacherous Ganges and
sportsmen thumping up Everest

Have Hope
Have hope, friend
Because with it you can move mountains
With hope you can climb the Everest.
Nothing can stop you from you aims
When you have hope.
I saw you when you are down
Thinking that all mountain of life
Are too high for climbing
But with hope you can do it.
You think that all things are impossible
But with hope all things are possible.
I saw you when you cry
And shed many tears
Because many scorn you
They reject you because they thought you are failure
But have hope
Because the rejected might be the appreciated
Just have hope and surely, you will rejoice.

I Have To Cross The Great Ocean
I have to cross the great ocean
with my little boat
which has thousand holes
please tell my friend
how to cross the great ocean
The waves of the ocean are too high
than that of height of mount Everest
thousand Tsunamis are yet to come
please tell my friend
how to cross the great ocean
The little boat gifted to me by my Lord
I do not find another boat
due to my carelessness there is thousand holes
no mechanics can repair it
but i have to cross the great ocean
please tell my friend
how to cross the great ocean
