How Could I?
Memories and silence fills each room
Overwhelming heavy as the tidal waves consume
Buried underneath the dust & gloom
Relics are reminders of my family of two
Pictures of a happy bride and groom
Ferry rides around the harbor on our honeymoon
Wedding gifts of pots and pans
Sleeping while were holding hands
As gracie lays upon us as we spoon
How could I ever be so blind that I could not see
How could I ever stray from what has meant so much to me
How could I ever gain her trust without the guarantees
Of who I am or where ill be
So now we live in fear of the unknown
Insecure and skepticle her trust in me was blown
Despite the past we face we both have grown
Through the pain to find the strength together or alone
How could I ever be so blind that I could not see
How could I ever stray from what has meant so much to me
How could I ever gain her trust without the guarantees
Of who I am or where ill be
How could I ever be so blind that I could not see
How could I ever stray from what has meant so much to me
How could I ever gain her trust without the guarantees
Of who I am or where ill be

Psalm 129
Will you trust me in the valley deep?
Will you trust me as you lay down to sleep?
Yes I will trust you despite the pain
Yes I will trust you without any gain
Will you trust me in the depths of the sea?
Will you trust me though we may not agree?
Yes I will trust you in the darkest night
Yes I will trust you when I have no sight
Will you trust me when your lost and alone?
Will you trust me when your far from home?
Yes I will trust you when I have lost my way
Yes I will trust you to bring me back one day
Will you trust me that justice is Mine?
Will you trust me to give you new wine?
Yes I will trust you and turn the cheek
Yes I will trust you, your presence I seek

If This Is Meant
If it's meant,
A loneliness experienced.
Will come to an end.
And not in a forever,
Be for one spent.
If this is meant.
If it's meant,
To discover loyalty and trust
One seeks as a must,
That trust will be unquestioned
When that time comes.
And instead of 'one'
Two together becomes an 'us'.
To trust.
If
This is meant.
A searching with a wish,
Is dismissed to be given up.
And if it 'is' meant to be to undo,
That patience sacriifced,
Awaiting that special one
Will come to appear in one's view.
If it's meant to be for one's eyes to see.
If this is meant as it should be.
If it's meant,
To discover loyalty and trust
One seeks as a must,
That trust will be unquestioned
When that time comes.
And instead of 'one'
Two together becomes an 'us'.
To trust.
If
This is meant.

Lies Love Pain
Many roads, many hills
lots of ups and downs
some lies, some untimely
hard to trust, must gain trust
many years to go, time to row
change our ways, end the lies
gain the trust, begin to live
love will grow, happiness will come
marriage will grow, family will show
Many years past, things get better fast
talking, listening, sharing
they are the key, sure will see
everybody deals with lies love pain
many over come, some never go home
give, trust, honest brings love and happiness

Trust
As Man looks into this world of ours
And Man try's to understand what is a must
Is it our looks or is it or smarts, as he thinks
Or is it only our honor, and also our trust.
As a poor man has not much possession at all
All he owns his trust and also his pride
And on Judgment day when he meets the Lord,
He will say I have nothing, but trust he will cry.
A rich man though on the other hand
Has everything he wants or might even need
But most are without honor and or feelings
And their souls and words we could never believe
When a soul throws away a love so true,
For temptation and a moment of lust
Their dignity is gone, along with their pride
And also that need of want and trust.
Stupid person do you know what you have done
To yourself and your family and friends about
They will look at you in a different way now
In the way you, they try to figure you out.
Oh trust it is the hardest thing to gain,
Something that is given to us upon our birth
But when we don't want it to live, we let it die
And we bury it, or should I say hide it in the dirt.
Oh soul can you count the fingers upon your hand,
Of the number of people that you can trust
And can you also be counted among them too
Or are you just washed away, in the dust.
Time will come when bodies will decay
And trees will rot, and metal will turn to rust
Who knows what else will be blown in the wind
I wander though, could it be or will it be your trust.

In GOD I Trust
In God I trust
That everything is gonna be o.k.
In God I trust
& all my worries go away
In God I trust
That my family will get back together
In God I trust
& we’ll be happy forever
In God I trust
That I will have lots of friends
In God I trust
& I won’t be lost again
In God I trust
That he will change my life
In God I trust
& it will be like paradise

Trust....
I trust the night
I trust the stars that shine
I trust the moon
I know its love’s divine
I trust the wind
I trust its winding ways
I trust the sky
I know its separate days
I trust the dawn
I trust its rising light
I trust the sun
I know its blinding sight
I trust the clouds
I trust the crimson waves
I trust the things I love
I know that this trust saves Me.

I trust...
I trust the thunder, I trust the rain
I trust the cars, I trust the train
I trust the secrets, I trust the truth
I trust the old, I trust the youth
...I trust My right, I trust my left
I trust the Ground, I trust the skies
I trust the Truth But not the lies
I trust the fairies, I trust the elf
I trust you all… just not myself
Trust
To trust someone
To be trustable one
To love without doubts
To beloved
without whys
Do not forget my friend
Every relationship in our life Is based on trust and faith
You can't love and beloved
If the trust between you is lost
So keep this advice in mind
Be aware my friend
To not betrrayed Someone's trust that can hurt your pride
I want you to always feel proud
Once the trust is lost Nothing could help you in vain
To gain back again
The lost trust to gain
Between two hearts the flame
Of love so soon turns to ashes and pain
Respect of love gets lost
The meaning of love when foist
Only the bad memories stay
They always remain the pain
There in the minds will be left
Those painful memories and the woundful honesty and the trust
With every mention of love
They always bleed in hearts
While the love is lost
Nothing else is left
Just bitter memory of love
Filled with hate and blame
When the pride of love
Will forever cry Alone in the flame of the self blame

No other family
We moved far away
So some people would stay away
I have taken for granted
What family meant to us
Who else are we supposed to trust?
My mother-in-law passed
Her family always came first
I was unable to see
What she meant to me
Then she was gone
Early one dawn
I now understand
What my family means to me
I can’t stand being so far away
No family here to help with the pain
There is nothing here to gain
Too far to visit
Too far to sit
With no family all I have is a pit
All these tears I am unable to even spit
I can just hope all my family can understand
This was not planned
I will never take them for granted
I wish I could visit
I wish I could stay
I miss them all today

Trust Yourself
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to do the things that only you know best.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to do whats right and not be second-guessed.
Dont trust me to show you beauty
When beauty may only turn to rust.
If you need somebody you can trust, trust yourself.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to know the way that will prove true in the end.
Trust yourself,
Trust yourself to find the path where there is no if and when.
Dont trust me to show you the truth
When the truth may only be ashes and dust.
If you want somebody you can trust, trust yourself.
Well, youre on your own, you always were.
In a land of wolves and thieves.
Dont put your hope in ungodly man
Or be a slave to what somebody else believes.
Trust yourself
And you wont be disappointed when vain people let you down.
Trust yourself
And look not for answers where no answers can be found.
Dont trust me to show you love
When my love may only be lust.
If you want somebody you can trust, trust yourself.

Untrust
Trust not the mirror
If it’s a picture of horror
And trust not the figures that smile at you.
Trust not the peer
who brings you the fear.
And Trust not the wine
that make you so fine
Trust not the games
that play with you to fame
Trust them not
If they play on you to shame
Trust not the past
nor the shadows it cast
For it disfigures fast
And ‘you’ ravishing would last
Trust not the prayers
That farewells your pyre
But respect the fire
That burns you to thin air
And last but not the least
Trust not this untrust that takes
you to your quest….

Just trust Him
Just trust Him when you can't see,
Just trust Him and believe
For He is with you through your shadows of doubt.
He is with you and will bring you out.
Just trust Him, when the loneliness chills,
Just trust Him, and follow His will.
He will surround you with blankets of love,
He will whisper from the heavens above.
Just trust Him and You will find
That He carries you through the storms of time.
Just trust Him and finally be
Free
As He lifts you up
And helps you to soar
higher and higher.
You are not alone.
Lean upon the Lover,
As you walk through the desert.
Lean upon the Lover,
Trust in Him alone.
For when you lean on Him,
You learn to see
How things are meant to be.
He carefully guides you by still streams
And brings you through valleys low,
Until you know and discover
The depths and the heights
Of His great love.

Trust
to her- her family meant so much
and in them she put her trust
she trusted them from her birth.
for her they'd move heaven and earth.
this beautiful daughter that came
into this world, was a diamond, a gem, a pearl.
she filled their hearts with so much love
like an angel sent from above.
they showed her that trust
and love is the key
for a pure heart roaming free.
trust is what brought this family together
and from that point on
it could'nt get much better.

Trust You
I dont know what Im supposed to have said
But I can imagine whats in your head
Its not that you dont trust all that I do
Its just that you would have if it were you
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
Im starting to question why I am here
Your constant suspicions dont make it clear
Just leave it, believe me Ill show the signs
Youll find her, the cheat that you have in mind
I have nothing to hide
And what could I deny
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
I have nothing to hide
And what could I deny
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you
Trust me, tell me
Truthfully, you can
Trust me, tell me
Faithfuly, you can
Trust me, trust you

God, save me! ! !
I trust myself
I know i can reach out my dreams
I trust my parents
I know how much they care and love me
I trust my friends
I know what they can do for me
I trust the night
I know the stars that shine
I trust the moon
I know its inspiration remains forever
I trust the wind
I know its winding ways
I trust the sky
I know its wonderful days
I trust the sun
I know its rising light
I trust the things I love
God, I know that all that trust may
disappoint and betray me one day.
But, only your trust save me.

The Need for Touch
To touch and be touched is perhaps the most human thing we do.
It can provoke many emotions.
Those who have been hurt, fear it; and want to run away.
Run away from the terror, the abuse, the roughness.
In running away, we feel safe.
Safe from being hurt again... Safe from feeling... But oh so alone...
We have lost trust... the trust we had as a child.
Each time we are hurt, it becomes harder to trust in another.
Trusting that, in reaching out, we won't be hurt again.
But without trust, there can be no peace..
If there is no peace, there will always be a longing. Something missing...
In peace, we can be alone if we wish or
We can reach out and soak in the goodness of touching
and being touched by another. Both are good.
When we can trust in another:
Their touch calms us... soothes us... quiets our fears.
While being nursed, a baby caresses its mother while she nurtures him.
A father's cuddle is returned with contentment and joy.
That bond of trust, born from gentle touch, allows each to be at peace.
It allows each to gather strength from the other.
Some find that animals fill their need to touch. A dog's trust is unconditional.
It will follow you where ever you go and protect you with it's life.
All it wants in return is your touch, your affection.. Your caress.
A caress is a special kind of touch.. It is born of love and mutual trust.
A trust that allows us to stand on our own, even when the other isn't there.
Trusting that, if we call, the other will respond. Without fear...
Without questioning... Simply because we called.. A friend.
In quietly caressing and being caressed we gain strength.
nothing calms faster...
the child in all of us.
the need in all of us..
The human in all of us.
It is good to trust.

Why do we stray?
Living everyday for God brings joy.
Than why is it so hard, So hard to stay, But so easy to stray,
To stray from those hands holding us near,
To betray him and then to fear,
To fear his face,
Embarrassed that we are so weak.
He gives strength, Strength for the weak,
Than why do we stray from what we seek,
Is it our nature, Our nature to turn away,
If so than maybe to fix our faults we must seek him and pray.
