Eternal Crowns
Christ, King of Kings was born a babe to grow and die in our stead,
He was honored with a scarlet robe a crown of thorns upon his head.
Although Christ was mocked and forced to wear an ugly crown of pain,
The faithful who should have died, they're promised a crown of gain.
Paul says that runners in a race receive a crown that will not last,
But we will receive Eternal Crowns that at Jesus' feet will be cast.
Paul even refers to those he led to Christ as his joy and his crown,
And these are people just like you and me from any city or any town.
But one won't receive a victor's crown unless he obeys all the rules,
This makes some adjust their pace to win, but not the simple fools.
But the man who perseveres under trials by fools who create strife,
And to those who love Him, God above has promised the Crown of life.
Many like Paul, on that day shall receive a Crown of righteousness,
This to all who longed for Jesus' return with a special Seriousness.
And for all the pastors who faithfully pointed all to the coming day,
Friend, they will receive a crown of glory that will never fade away.
And the Tribulation Saints tested with unheard of hate and strife,
Being faithful to the point of death, will receive the crown of life.
Then all will see The Son of Man with a crown of gold upon his head,
With a sickle harvesting souls, leaving behind the spiritually dead.

I Receive
This beautiful gift You have given me...
I receive.
And grateful I am blessed,
It is yet from the peak...
Of its bloom unfolding.
I receive this breath of life You give.
I admit I am inquisitive...
To witness an obstacle that sits.
And You assist with a lift of it,
Off my path.
The faith I have,
Does not ask of You how this is done.
I receive my challenges,
In all ways they come to be wrapped.
To let me know my life...
Is full of assorted delights.
Some I may or may not like,
But they are mine.
And I receive what it is You wish for me.
In prayer everyday in the way I know I can...
I thank You.

Time For Temptation
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Why you chasing a lost religion of guilty feelings
-that belong in yesterday?
Spy the preachers a politician, he carries the cross like a gun
- whip you into shape
Heres the rub, now, no secret hours locked in the backroom if you
- come together right
Check your vision and push it out there
- you make the question, define what its all about
(chorus)
(oh) oh...
With chains or heaven across your shoulder,
A slave for promotion to the afterlife
The boss gets fat while you just get older, here comes a mission
- set to put you right
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(no damnation...)
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do - oh
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Time for temptation, what you see is there for you
(good, good, good, good temptation)
Time for temptation, no damnation for what you do

Temptation
Ive never been closer
Ive tried to understand
That certain feeling
Carved by anothers hand
But its too late to hesitate
We cant keep on living like this
Leave no track
Dont look back
All I desire
Temptation
Keep climbing higher and higher
Temptation
Adorable creatures
Temptation
With unacceptable features
Temptation
Trouble is coming
Temptation
Its just the high cost of loving
Temptation
You can take it or leave it
Temptation
But youd better believe it
Youve got to make me an offer
That cannot be ignored
So lets head for home now
Everything I have is yours
Step by step and day by day
Every second counts I cant break away
Leave no trace
Hide your face
All I desire
Temptation
Keep climbing higher and higher
Temptation
Adorable creatures
Temptation
With unacceptable features
Temptation
Trouble is coming
Temptation
Its just the high cost of loving
Temptation
You can take it or leave it
Temptation
But youd better believe it
Keep us from temptation
Lead us not into temptation
Trying to find it
Temptation
Youve got to get up behind it
Temptation
Put your dime in the hot slot
Temptation
But its a million to one shot
Temptation
You think that youre right no
Temptation
Youre going to fake it tonight now
Temptation
Give me a breakdown
Temptation
Because its time for a shakedown

How Blessed Am I
How blessed am I for being born
Of parents good and God-fearing!
How blessed am I for siblings nine
Who made my childhood truly great!
How blessed am I for being made
Handsome and healthy, fair and hale!
How blessed am I for gaining ken
And virtues, wisdom, fortitude!
How blessed am I for being reared
So well by parents dutiful!
How blessed am I for achievements
Quite praiseworthy in life on earth!
How blessed am I for having fared
So well in life in every field!
How blessed am I for talents, gifts
That most men cannot dream to have!
How blessed am I for miracles
That gave my life a newer lease!
How blessed am I for finding time
To thank and praise the Almighty!
How blessed am I for grace of God
That goads me on in heaven’s road!
How blessed am I for everything
God gave me amply in His time!
How blessed am I for love of God
That chose me to be Christian!
How blessed am I for hope and faith
That help me follow Jesus’ steps!
How blessed am I for poesy
That made my life stress-free, worthwhile!
How blessed am I for God’s with me
And I’m with Him in earthly life!

Here Comes Temptation
(written by kostas)
When I see you Im drawn to you
Theres a certain look in yours eyes
Its hard to say no to this feeling
No matter how hard I try
Catch me if Im falling to you
Catch me if Im breaking away
Oh Im looking at paradise
Oh Im looking at paradise
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
If you were to know my secret
I wouldnt feel so shy
Sometimes I think you can see it
Its something I cant hide
All youd have to do is touch me
And all my resistance would melt away
Oh Im looking at paradise
Oh Im looking at paradise
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Ill have to wait until my chance comes by
I know that you will be mine
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you
Here comes temptation
Tempted to get close to you
Here comes temptation
Tempting me with you

Temptation
My temptation is coming from my heart
That skips a bit just like a game
Everytime you call my name, call my name
Its only you
I want you too
Its only you
I want you too
Come
Do you see what I mean talking bout fever
The fire burns inside of me
And you can quench me easily, so....
Let me hold you and squeeze you like a fool
Because I'm crazy about you
When you sit down and cross your legs, cross your legs
Temptation
Temptation...
Come
Youre sweeping away without a reason
Unless someone else is loving you
Id want to have you by my side, by my side
Temptation
Temptation...
Its only you...
I want you too!
Its only you .
I want you too!
My temptation is coming from my heart
That skips a bit just like a game
Everytime you call my name, call my name
Temptation
Temptation...

Being a man, ne'er ask the gods for a life set free from grief, but ask for courage that endureth long.
Temptation
Temptation:
You never knew when it's coming;
it shows up.
It needs no invitation;
it comes at odd times.
Work is slow...
Down time.
There you are reflecting,
trying to ease your mind
and bim!
Temptation!
Where did it come from?
Who asked for it?
Did you hear her coming?
Did you hear her belly aching?
Yes you did!
Did you hear my response?
No you did not!
Why? Because I did not.
Temptation!
If I answered...
One thing leads to another.
Around here
people call the police
for a whisper.
Next thing you know,
you are cuffed and taken down.
Temptation!
Men, listen up
be prepared for temptation.
It's omnipresent...
If you are at church
it is there.
If you are at work
it is there.
A spoiler of a good time.
An enemy of rest,
your spouse's friend.
Careful, here it comes.

Get to Stepping and Adventure Your Life
Travel on!
My brothers.
Travel on...
My sisters, fathers, mothers.
And others who recover,
From disturbance they discover.
Travel on...
All you people under steeples,
Who can not get off your knees.
As your backs are burden with such guilt,
To plead forgiveness endlessly.
Travel on...
To see your life as it should be.
Unlimited with happiness!
Believe it and receive.
Travel on...
Get to stepping and adventure your life!
Move it like you knew it!
Travel on!
My brothers
Travel on...
My sisters, fathers, mothers.
And others who recover.
Travel on...
Get to stepping and adventure your life!
To see your life as it should be.
Unlimited with happiness...
Believe it and receive.

Get to stepping and adventure your life!
To see your life as it should be.
Unlimited with happiness...
Believe it and receive.
Travel on...
Get to stepping and adventure your life!

And others who recover,
From disturbance they discover.
Travel on...
Get to stepping and adventure your life!
See your life as it should be,
Unlimited with happiness!
Believe it and receive.
Believe it and receive.
See your life as it should be,

Temptation
Sex
Temptation
Lust
Pop go mama
Everybody on this earth has got a vice
And mine, little darlin, mine is the opposite of ice
Mine is the running hot water of the daughter of morality
In other words, this little prince thinks a lot about u, see?
Baby, baby, baby
Im guilty in the first degree
Temptation
Working my body with a hot flash of animal lust
Temptation
All my fingers in the pool go splash we must
Everybody in this room
Everybody in this room has got an urge
Whats yours, baby?
Mine is temptation, it reigns at a party where lovers splurge
Pop go mama when daddy gets a little 2 much
You know what Im talkin bout?
Purplelectricity whenever our bodies touch
Ooh baby, I love it when our bodies touch
Temptation
Working my body with a hot flash of animal lust
Temptation
All my fingers in the pool go splash we must
Temptation, temptation, temptation
Wait a minute now
Temptation
Working my body with a hot flash of animal lust
Temptation
All my fingers in the pool go splash we must
Temptation
Working my body, working my body, working my body
Temptation
Im not talkin about just ordinary temptation, people. Im talking
About the kind of temptation thatll make u do things.
Oh, oh, temptation.
Oh, darling, I can almost taste the wetness between your...
Temptation, temptation
Im not talking about any ol kind of temptation, people, Im talkin
About, Im talkin about... sexual temptation.
A lover
I need a lover, a lover, I need a...right now.
U, I want u.
I want u in the worst way.
I want u.
Oh, silly man, thats not how it works.
You have 2 want her 4 the right reasons.
I do!
U dont, now die!
No! no!
Let me go, let me go.
Im sorry.
Ill be good.
This time I promise,
Love is more important than sex.
Now I understand.
I have 2 go now.
I dont know when Ill return.
Good-bye

All-Saints' Day (1867)
Blessed are they whose baby-souls are bright,
Whose brows are sealèd with the cross of light,
Whom God Himself has deign'd to robe in white—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they who follow through the wild
His sacred footprints, as a little child;
Who strive to keep their garments undefiled—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they who commune with the Christ,
Midst holy angels, at the Eucharist—
Who aye seek sunlight through the rain and mist—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they—the strong in faith and grace—
Who humbly fill their own appointed place;
They who with steadfast patience run the race—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they who suffer and endure—
They who through thorns and briars walk safe and sure;
Gold in the fire made beautiful and pure!—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they on whom the angels wait,
To keep them facing the celestial gate,
To help them keep their vows inviolate—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they to whom, at dead of night,—
In work, in prayer—though veiled from mortal sight,
The great King's messengers bring love and light—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they whose labours only cease
When God decrees the quiet, sweet release;
Who lie down calmly in the sleep of peace—
Blessed are they!
Whose dust is angel-guarded, where the flowers
And soft moss cover it, in this earth of ours;
Whose souls are roaming in celestial bowers—
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they—our precious ones—who trod
A pathway for us o'er the rock-strewn sod.
How are they number'd with the saints of God!
Blessed are they!
Blessed are they, elected to sit down
With Christ, in that day of supreme renown,
When His own Bride shall wear her bridal crown—
Blessed are they!

How Foolish
You weren't there when my pains were inflicted.
That is why you believe the pain I receive from you,
Should have some special meaning!
Something that is going to affect my stride.
OR the pride I carry!
Perhaps my dignity and self confidence,
Is falsified?
Is that what you're thinking?
You have no idea how foolish your actions are.
Or the steps of the depths of my recovery!
You think my life lived has been without heartbreak,
And blood shed?
I hope you don't think I stay at home baking cookies?
Even though,
I must say...
I do enjoy cooking!
When I say, 'I am blessed! '
Trust me...
I AM blessed!

Blessed Anticipation
There’s blessing for all who wait, for the rapture and anticipate,
The soon return of our Lord, with the promise of eternal reward,
If longing, in a heart does burn, for the appearing of His return,
That soul will receive in the end, a crown from Christ, my friend.
And there’s blessing upon earth, not just those of eternal worth,
When we hope for Christ’s return; this in Scripture we also learn,
That all who have this Hope within, will be purified from their sin.
Purified, just as Christ is pure, and my friend, there’s even more.
God helps us to live our life anew, while on the earth in all we do,
As Christ allows us to live for Him, as a Light in this world of sin,
Encouraged on life’s narrow way, knowing He can come any day,
To return for us, at anytime, to take us to, our new home sublime.
Presently He’s our Blessed Hope, in a world, as it’s hard to cope,
With wicked men and their ways, Jesus Christ alone is our praise,
For our Lord shall deliver us, from their darkness, in Christ Jesus,
All of those who are found in Christ, as we enter into Eternal Life.
The instruction by God to all, believers in Christ, by Apostle Paul,
Is to encourage one another, about the joy awaiting every brother,
For we’ll all be changed by grace, to see our Lord’s blessed face,
Lifted to a realm eternally pure, to be with our Savior forevermore.

Temptation
I went to see temptation yesterday
In a four-plex out on the old high drive
Cuz something in my life was run away
Or maybe to prove that I am still alive
Temptation lives alone and she works all day
So I waited after five on her front porch
She arrived
