Secret Code
The secret code of man,
The secret code of woman,
The secret copde of life,
And the secret code of the Creator;
May the road rise up to meet you!
For it the spirit that guides ones life.
May the rain fall softly upon your fields!
May the sun shine warm upon your face!
May Yahweh hold you in the palm of His hand!
And open your eyes and start to see,
For hatred is the main cause of death on this earth.
A leopard with four wings like a fowl,
A lion with eagle's wings,
A bear with three ribs in its mouth,
All in the night of visions with my muse;
But all offerings must be salted with love.

May The Road Rise To Meet You
May the road rise to meet you
and bring happiness your way.
May love always surround you
keeping you warm with each day.
May troubles always avoid you
as you travel on your way.
May the road rise to meet you
with first summer rays.
May your world always be
the focus of the one that loves thee.
May your heart be shared with kindness
and love from everyone.
May the road rise to meet you
as each season comes to call.
May your life never feel discord
within anything you want to do.
May the road rise to meet you
your whole life through.

Further On
Where the road is dark
and the seat is soaked
where the gun is cocked
and the bullet's cold
where the miles are marked in blood and gold
I'll meet you further on up the road
Got on my dead man's suit
and my smilin' skull ring
my lucky graveyard boots
and a song to sing
I got a song to sing, keep me out of the cold
and I'll meet you further on up the road
Further on up the road
further on up the road
where the way is dark
and the night is cold
but one sunny morning we'll rise, I know
and I'll meet you further on up the road
Well I been out in the desert
was doin' my time
searching through the dust
looking for a sign
if there's a light up ahead
well, buddy, I don't know
but I got this fever
burning in my soul
so let's take the good times as they come
and I'll meet you further on up the road
Further on up the road
further on up the road
where the way is dark
and the night is cold
one sunny morning we'll rise, I know
and I'll meet you further on up the road
one sunny morning we'll rise, I know
and I'll meet you further on up the road
yeah I'll meet you further on up the road
well I'll meet you further on up the road

Master, I would like to see that mountain again
Remember the old happy days
But nowadays really a catastrophe
As I haven't seen a bird, butterfly or a flower at all.
Someone has snatched my precious spring.
Living with a life's almost a threat
And I know the life is so short,
But there is little more time to live.
So, please blow me few air to my lonely bedroom
Hardly I could breathe through my shattered windows
That goes into my defeated lungs.
Master, I want to see that mountain again
But this time I am not able to climb with this wearied soul.
At least I could kneel down beneath the mountain
And recite this Psalm for the pilgrims' welfare.
'May the road rise to meet you,
May the winds be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face
And the rains fall soft upon your fields.'
-Today in our Gospel St.Mark reminds us of that beautiful story of the healing of the blind man.I have heard this story about his healing in the past, but what touched me today was how loud he was in asking Jesus to heal him.-

Girl In The Sunset
Girl in the sunset
I only saw you for a second
Yet your voice penetrated my brain
And echoed endlessly
'Stay with me' you cried
As Your golden blond hair was spinning
And as your lavender shirt caught the slow warm wind's
Under a palm tree that was swaying back and forth in that very same wind
I cannot put a name to your face
Yet you looked so familiar
Were have I seen you before?
In my many years of sailing to come will we ever meet?
That sense of togetherness I felt was indescribable
Passion I have not felt in nearly a decade
Girl in the sunset
I wish to stay under that palm tree
And view the orange sunset with you in my arms in that slow blowing warm winds
On that cobblestone road
Why do you elude me?
When will I find you?
I think I found you
But you are not “her” yet
Girl in the sunset
Please wait for me...

Sunshine
Sometimes I can't get enough
Ooh, of you
This friendly game keeps getting rough
Think I'm breaking through
I cannot hide this well
This well as I should
There's always something left to tell
Tell me is it good?
I see you
Do you see me too?
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
Come on through
I will find you
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
I guess you chose a different road
I am not aware
I got the one that's been closed
Shut down for repair
I hold a highway in my head
Ruling of a king
Driving away the things I've said
And I've said everything
I see you
Do you see me too?
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
Come on through
I will find you
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
Meet me in the sunshine
Meet me in the... sunshine
There's something better in this heat
Getting it on
I feel the warmth, I feel the greed
And I fear the fall
I hold this window wide enough
To keep the whole world
I want to spit out all this stuff
And keep the girl
I see you
Do you see me too?
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
Come on through
I will find you
Close your eyes and meet me in the sunshine
Meet me in the sunshine
Meet me in the sunshine

In The Palm Of Your Hand
In the palm of your hand
you hold my heart.
Cradle it gently, my love
so it will never fall apart.
In the palm of your hand
you hold my love.
Carress it tenderly forever
and always place it above
everything that you touch.
Hold my hand
in the palm of your hand
so that I may always feel
that the sifting grains of sand
in the hourglass of time
will never be able to steal
these precious moments away.
Let them be able to stay
always in the palm of your hand.

A Little Bit
And it will take a little bit of extra time
To make it shine, to make it shine
And it will take a little bit of extra care
To bring it where you think it's there
And there's no one else around
This is what I've found Anyone you see
Anyone you meet
Some one at your feet
Anyone could be that one
Anyone you know
Anywhere you go
Some one in a show
Could be that one
And it will take a little bit of all you've got
To get a shot, get a shot
And it will take a little bit of extra care
To bring it where you think it's there
And there's nowhere else to go
This is what I know
Anyone you see
Anyone you meet
Maybe down the street
Anyone could be that one
Everywhere you look
Pages of a book
All the years it took
Everything got you down
And it will take a little while to get back home
The road is long, the road is long
And it will take a little work to get it back
To mend the cracks, to bridge the gaps
Anyone you see
Could be the one
Anyone you meet
Could be that one
Some one at your feet
Could feel the same
Maybe you'd complete
Could share your name
Anywhere you look
Pages of a book
Everything she took
Never let it keep you down
Holding out for used
Broken up and bruised
Losable to lose
Anywhere you go
Anyone you know
Think it doesn't show
Everybody knows
Anyone you meet
Maybe down the street
(And it will take a little time to get back home)
Some one at you feet

Turn To Gold
SHINE!
I don't know why
all the fiction of your sleeping
doesn't visit you awake
I don't know how to get your storybook sunrise
to follow you above your cloudy day
all these gifts you left on you
with heaven painted on you
i wish this now with all my soul
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
terrified the world will never turn to look at you
and the sun won't see you shine
she'll resign for rose cooked blush just from your smiling
let the water form a cry
only better luck should greet you
the road should rise to meet you
i wish this now with all i know
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
loose inside your winter
feel the cold wind blowing
cutting through your head and through your ears
feel the fire growing
no more frozen danger
no more wrteched ice storm fear
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold
may all your visions turn to gold
to have and hold
may all your visions turn to gold

Your Touch
With your touch
My mind shivers so much.
It steals my breath away
As my heart has its say.
Just your hand in mine
Makes cloudy days shine;
Sooths all my pains
Like warm April rains.
When our lips softly meet,
I am whole… so complete.
Then the world belongs to me,
And you are in all that I see.
I'll love you oh so much
And live just for your touch.

A Message To The Wind
Hold my hand, so I can hold you in my heart
Hold my hand, so I can guide you through the forest of the night
By the sea upon the raging tide
A message to the wind
I must begin to write of love and rain
Touch my heart for it is beating just for you
Hear my song, as I sing it to the lost and lonely ones
If there were time to spend another day
A message to the wind
I would begin if he could blow my thoughts to you
Hold my hand, now it is time for me to go
Take my love and let it rest
For we must meet again somehow
When youre alone and willows start to bend
And rain begins to fall
At times you will pretend and not pretend at all
Ill be with you again
A message to the wind

While Driving My Car Late Evening From School
while driving my car late evening
from school
when the rains fall heavily
on the streets
looking like deserted
i talk to myself
unceasingly
like we are very close friends
and now for the first
time in 20 years meet
for this historic reunion
i greet myself with such a warm
hello ric
this is ric meet ric
how you have not changed for years
you still look wonderful tonight
and how are things doing with you?
i am fine and doing well
and i am at home with myself
progressing in my career
and happy with what
i have and what i am
looking forward
to more excitements
of my life
like you do too
with your life
ric to ric
the talk goes on and on
and then the rain stops
and then i finally arrive
and honk my car
to this house
where the gate opens
all too quickly
with anticipation
like this joy
of an emotion
the lights are all on
brightly they shine
on the glass
of the car
i am home
at last

Objectified
All beautiful things meet their demise
Flowers in bloom surely will die
Frozen are the wings of the dead butterfly
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
Clouds of gray spoil the light of the skies
The ocean must fall in order to rise
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
I knew I was doomed when you first said, “Hi.”
Two ships in the night, we were bound to collide
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
Four months can pass in the blink of an eye
We lose ourselves without having to try
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
The simplest words become hard to define
You can’t see the truth when you cover your eyes
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
Your pay the price to take this ride
Slowly, you find that you’re living a lie
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
Pictures of us will fade over time
We become strangers in a world so wide
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
You’ll keep on searching for what you won’t find
You’ll lose your faith while I lose my mind
Because all beautiful things meet their demise
All beautiful things meet their demise
Sometimes your morals get left behind
It will be too late when you realize
Because all beautiful things meet their demise

Down That Road Tonight
Seems like lately we're losin' touch
Work to hard and worry too much
I think it's time for me and you
To get back to what we used to do
We'd steal away on a Saturday night
Meet in the field when the time was right
Just us two and a starry sky
Felt like paradise
I said Ooh Baby goin' down that road tonight
I said it's too crazy need to hold each other tight
Thinkin' maybe the moon stills shines as bright
Like it did back then, it'll shine again
Down that road tonight
Remember all the songs that we used to know
Dancin' in the dark to the radio
Lost in the rythmn, kickin' up some heat
The memories are still so sweet
Time's gone by but it's plain to see
I still love you and you still love me
Let's shake these troubles put 'em all aside
C'mon we're gonna take that ride
I said Ooh Baby goin' down that road tonight
I said it's too crazy need to hold each other tight
Thinkin' maybe the moon stills shines as bright
Like it did back then, it'll shine again
Down that road tonight
Down that road
[repeat to fade]

Lets Go!
(wang chung)
Meet me in a restaurant
Meet me on the top of the world
Meet me and well talk the language of love
Ill meet you anywhere you want
Ill meet you on a ballroom floor
Meet me and well float to a level above
Chorus:
I wish youd stop what youre doing
And get on the case
We could blow this existence
Right out into space
And share a sweet isolation
Lets go there today
Go today, go today
Everyway, right away
Oh, lets go
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
Lets go, cause we cant hold back no more
Theres no way, theres no way
No, no way
Meet you on a mountain-top
Ill meet you at the end of the block
As long as we can talk in the language of love
Ill take you in my arms again
Ill take you to the edge of time
Together we can reach for the heavens above
Repeat chorus
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
cause baby, I want your love
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
cause baby, Im saying
Take your cue from me now
Im saying baby, lets go
Will you listen to me
Im saying baby, come on now
Lets go cause we cant hold back no more
Theres no way
Meet me on the dancefloor and well dance to the rhythm
Get your feet in motion and well dance to the rhythm
Dance to the rhythm
Dance to the rhythm of love
Oh, baby
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
cause baby, I want your love
Lets go, baby, lets go, baby, come on
cause baby, Im saying
Take your cue from me now
Im saying baby, lets go
Will you listen to me
Im saying baby, come on now
Lets go, cause we cant hold back no
Lets go, cause we cant hold back no
Lets go, cause we cant hold back no more
Theres no way

Meet On The Ledge - Originally By Fairport Convention
We used to say
That come the day
When wed all be making songs
Or finding better words
These ideas never lasted long
The way is up
Along the road
The air is growing thin
Too many friends who tried
Were blown off this mountain with the wind
Meet on the ledge
Were gonna meet on the ledge
When your time is up youre gonna meet all your friends
Meet on the ledge
Were gonna meet on the ledge
If you really mean it, it all comes round again
So here I sit
Im all alone
But thats the only way to be
Youll have your chance again
Then you can do the work for me

May The Sunshine
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
Someone woke me up again last night
Talkin to me about my last time
Dont tell me I know its late
Please, please lay me down a line
Pick me up before I start to fall
Never let your dreams grow small
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
Talkin to my lover, she was out
It was independence day
Dont be nervous , you can hold me tight
Someone turned the light out on the stairs
Was it just the wind I heard
Just another helping hand
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
May the sun, the sun shine bright
May the sun shine bright on you
Take me back down the yellow brick road
Let me get my ticket to your heart
Strangers hidin on my land
Could it be its keepin me apart
Give me time dont you gimme no love
Let the sunshine in your heart

Soft Rains Of April
(mags/pal waaktaar)
The soft rains of april are over
The soft rains of april are over, over
Anybody home now
I am on the phone now, please...
The soft rains of april are over
The ferry across the water to dover, over
Anybody home now
I am on the phone, oh Id like to go back
Is it raining back home
Im so alone
Just got up today
And my thoughts are miles away
With you
Well, they gave me four years
Three more to go
Keep writing letters
Times passing so slow
The soft rains of april are over
The soft rains of april are over
Over....
