Buddha

Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.

Further, the United States is moving ahead in the development of clean coal technology. There are vast coal reserves in our country, and when it is burned cleanly, coal can provide a resource to supply a large amount of our energy requirements.

Anger Management

Anger, such a provocative topic,
Mal-aligned, ill-defined, all in time.
Just what exactly is anger?
A sequence of insult,
Repressed resentment,
Unconscious revenge,
Fantasies of aggression,
Anger really is................................
Having a sizzling, red coal,
Between the cheeks of your ass,
With a double Playtex girdle on!
Disappointing all the Adlerians,
What is the therapy?
Quit complaining about it!
Just remove it!

A Diamond Or A Coal?

A diamond or a coal?
A diamond, if you please:
Who cares about a clumsy coal
Beneath the summer trees?
A diamond or a coal?
A coal, sir, if you please:
One comes to care about the coal
What time the waters freeze.

Sponge

You've found my need of last time
I could leave the worse kind
Imposing like it's over now
Reaching out wrong
I still wait
Holding my blessing back
I still wait
Holding my blessing back
Underneath a death hand
Underneath realms
I still wait
Holding my blessing back
I still wait
Holding my blessing back
You know I can better see black around
You know I can better see light down
You know I can better see against yours
You know I can better see against yours
It's your life
Your life
Your life
Your life
Wanting me then
Taking the steer and
Imposing like it's over now
Reaching out wrong
Burned, burned
Burned, burned
All the way
Your eyes
All the way
Your eyes
You know I can better see black around
You know I can better see light down
You know I can better see against yours
You know I can better see against yours
It's your life
Your life
Your life
Your life

Anger fills my heart and soul

Anger fills my heart and soul
Anger takes a mighty toll
Anger lessens but can never leave
Anger you hope to never receive,
Anger stays forever within
Anger acts with the might of all sin
Anger is deadly to all around
Anger gets mad at the thought of sound
Anger is the thoughts in my head
Anger that’s mine all should dread
Anger for me is different from you
Anger you see tells me what to do
Anger will sit and whisper in my ear
Anger he sits and tells me all that you fear,

Anger…
He is here
He’s here to stay
Anger is the hole
In which we lay
Anger is
And Anger will
Always be with us

He is in me, and he is in you
He can make you do
What he wants you to
Anger will make you
Make you cry
Anger can make you
Want to die
Anger can make you
Go insane
Anger….. ... A blood filled rain
No more anger
No more…..
Walk to the bright light
Shinning through that door…
Not knowing what’s in store
But even then
Anger lives on
But you… nevermore

My Anger

My anger wants to kill.
My anger wants to spill.
My anger wants to smash a wall.
My anger wants to make someone feel small.
My anger makes me carve my skin.
My anger is locked up within.
My anger is fierce and fatal.
My anger isn't stable.
When my anger is out stay away.
Because my anger destroys everything in its way.

Banking Coal

Whoever it was who brought the first wood and coal
To start the Fire, did his part well;
Not all wood takes to fire from a match,
Nor coal from wood before it’s burned to charcoal.
The wood and coal in question caught a flame
And flared up beautifully, touching the air
That takes a flame from anything.

Somehow the fire was furnaced,
And then the time was ripe for some to say,
“Right banking of the furnace saves the coal.”
I’ve seen them set to work, each in his way,
Though all with shovels and with ashes,
Never resting till the fire seemed most dead;
Whereupon they’d crawl in hooded night-caps
Contentedly to bed. Sometimes the fire left alone
Would die, but like as not spiced tongues
Remaining by the hardest on till day would flicker up,
Never strong, to anyone who cared to rake for them.
But roaring fires never have been made that way.
I’d like to tell those folks that one grand flare
Transferred to memory tissues of the air
Is worth a like, or, for dull minds that turn in gold,
All money ever saved by banking coal.

Fundamental of Liar Chapter CXIX: In Their Eyes

You don't intent to be modest
You don't mean to say those white lies
You just don't want to be judged bad in their eyes

You don't intent to be friendly
You don't mean to chat a long
You just don't want to look ugly in their eyes

You don't intent to be strong
You don't mean to show power
You just don't want to lose control in their eyes

You don't intent to be brave
You don't mean to take the role of hero
You just don't want to appear weak in their eyes

You don't intent to be obedient
You don't mean to do all the orders
You just don't want to be considered a threat in their eyes

You don't intent to be professional
You don't mean to follow the rules
You just don't want to be seen indifferent in their eyes

You don't intent to be kind
You don't mean to give a help
You just don't want to raise suspiciousness in their eyes

You don't intent to be generous
You don't mean to be involved in any relation
You just don't want to be outsider in their eyes

You don't intent to be honest
You don't mean to tell the truth
You just don't want to be the one who should be responsible in their eyes

You don't intent to be forgiving
You don't mean to forget every mistake
You just don't want to be called cruel in their eyes

Outside And Inside...

what is seen outside
is the thick covering
a la crocodile skin at
the Ma-a Park,
the people watch without
anticipating much of
this anger,
the man pokes with a pole
the long mouth
and water splashed
from the big tail
throwing the weight
to as much as
a thousand kilograms

no one imagines
the anger of the imprisoned
ones,
no one.

Cremation

Well the coal black sea waits for me me me
The coal black sea waits forever
The waves hit the shore
Crying more more more
But the coal black sea waits forever
The tornados come up the coast they run
Hurricanes rip the sky forever
Through the weathers change
the sea remains the same
The coal black sea waits forever
There are ashes split through collective guilt
People rest at sea forever
Since they burnt you up
Collect you in a cup
For you the coal black sea has no terror
Will your ashes float like some foreign boat
or will they sink absorbed forever
Will the Atlantic Coast
have its final boast
Nothing else contained you ever
Now the coal black sea waits for me me me
The coal black sea waits forever
When I leave this joint
at some further point
The same coal black sea will it be waiting

Cremation - Ashes To Ashes

The coal-black sea waits forever
The waves hit the shore, crying more-more-more

Through the weathers change, the sea remains the same
The coal-black sea waits forever
There are ashes split through collective guilt

To Them I'm Crazy

I’m a crazy woman. To them I’m crazy. Obsessed with my anger. They think it chokes me in my sleep, it oozes as I walk, leaving a trail of disgust in my path. But this anger is who I am. What I must be. It cannot be left in a corner, forgotten, like letters of the past covered in dust. This is my story and I will not forget. The hurt and the pain. The struggle and shame. Because if I forget no one will remember. No one will know or be there to tell this story. Anger. It isn’t a story of anger. But it’s a story of transformation. Of holding my anger, like a cherished organ, understanding that without this anger, I would not be this soon-to-no-longer-be lost girl. With anger oozing in her path. With change in her horizon. I would be the masses that for too long have been too helpless to leave. They lost they’re anger. Lowered their heads when they were told they shouldn’t want more. They should be happy with what they have. But I will not forget. I will always know. And that is what drives me.

So Angry, so Sad

Anger is a form of fear
Anger is a force that can never die
Anger building up
Anger is a virus
Anger is a like vicious circle it goes,
around and around
Anger,
The root of all evil
Anger is such a strong emotion
So angry,
So sad
Anger is bubbling away at me
I have good reason to be angry
No one understand,
No one cares
It tears out my heart

Settle Down

Brimming with useless information,
Spilling thoughts void of true opinion,
Yes you'll fight it to the death,
Yeah you'll fight it to the death.
Fighting someone elses favour,
Regurgetate the words you heard on radio 2,
Arghhh didn't you?
[chorus]
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down
Well every dialoge needs a certain suitor,
One whos open minded,
To calmly digest the very question of,
And understand,
to look at things from many angles,
constuct and critic without anger,
Even comprimise,
You never comprimise
chorus x2
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down
Stop throwing insults and crockery around,
We can all be destructive so settle down, settle down, settle down, settle down

Coal-Truck

I am a coal-truck
Carrying gold dust.
Someone threw some
Coal-dust upon
My gold-dust.

I am a coal-truck
In a gold mine.
Someone struck a coal vein
And piled me full in vain.

I am a coal-truck
Covered in subterranean dust.
Someone shovelled my soil
And found an ancient bone
All coiled.

I am a coal-truck
Waiting for the rain.
The sun is my rail
The night my shed.

I am a coal-truck
Rumbling all the way.
Wash me in the rain-storm
And fill me full of coke
Until I choke.
