Length Of Love

This could be destiny
Oh sweetheart
I've had no sense of time
Since we started
I got friends in need
Oh sweetheart
I've grown lengths and lengths and lengths of love
Since we started this thing out
Combat salacious removal
Combat salacious removal
There is a bitter breed
Oh sweetheart
They will be watching you sometimes
With their bitter hearts
But we are through with these
Oh we're shifting the heartache
We want strong summer love, the most robust blood
Just to stay awake
Combat salacious removal
Combat salacious removal
Combat salacious removal

Yes, my life is a life of combat; I can say that this has never stopped for a single instant. It is a combat that started for me at the age of 16. I'm 90 years old now, and my motivation hasn't changed; it's the same fervour that drives me.

Choose a Removal of Delusions

If you choose to save face,
With a haste...
That leaves a pacing done,
In waste.
Eliminate,
The pacing!
And do,
What it takes.

It takes reflection,
Done.
It takes reflection to overcome.
It takes reflection,
Done...
To remove delusions.

It takes reflection,
Done.
It takes reflection to overcome.
It takes reflection,
Done...
To remove delusions,
Of the one that runs.

Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions and include,
A completion of truth you do.

Just sit back,
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions and include,
A completion of truth you do.

Relax and...
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions.
Sit back.
Choose a removal of delusions and include,
A completion of truth you do.

If you choose to save face,
With a haste...
That leaves a pacing done,

The Combat Soldier

Many accept the name of soldier,
Yet sit in the office, at the rear.

Whilst the real soldier, the combat soldier,
Fight the enemy, eye to eye.

Their uniforms dirty, faces weathered,
Hands rough, minds tethered.

They’ve seen death’s hand, reaching for them,
Their friend’s, death did condemn.

Their weapons are scratched, and used,
Long in the battle, they are abused.

These soldiers seek refuge, in the wire,
Where many spend the operation in its entire.

The combat soldier gets a short rest,
Only to go back out, confined by their vest.

For days they spend in a crosshair,
Terrorist seeking them, death they declare.

Combat soldier, many missions did you fulfill,
Many friends lost, forever still.

No esteem or awards will you receive,
Those with the rank, medals you will receive.

Though the combat soldier defends the post,
Their treated like the lowest, or a ghost.

The soldier and combat soldier, aren’t the same,
The only similarities are in the name.

Open to Comprehend

Go ahead...
'Mess' with me!
This I wish,
With invitation I allow.
If it means from us...
A removal of clouds.

Perfect I'm not!
Nor try with thoughts exposed.
I seek to understand.
Not to keep my mind...
Closed to go unopposed.

Go ahead...
'Mess' with me!
This I wish,
With invitation I allow.
If it means from us...
A removal of clouds.

To vow from now on...
We can be open to comprehend.

Be My Sweetheart

Sweetheart, be my sweetheart
When birds are on the wing,
When bee and bud and babbling flood
Bespeak the birth of spring,
Come, sweetheart, be my sweetheart
And wear this posy-ring!

Sweetheart, be my sweetheart
In the mellow golden glow
Of earth aflush with the gracious blush
Which the ripening fields foreshow;
Dear sweetheart, be my sweetheart,
As into the noon we go!

Sweetheart, be my sweetheart
When falls the bounteous year,
When fruit and wine of tree and vine
Give us their harvest cheer;
Oh, sweetheart, be my sweetheart,
For winter it draweth near.

Sweetheart, be my sweetheart
When the year is white and old,
When the fire of youth is spent, forsooth,
And the hand of age is cold;
Yet, sweetheart, be my sweetheart
Till the year of our love be told!

To Combat

To combat I strive and find at close quarters
The opposition, who build a closet of anxiety.
Struggling and wincing, the combat is high,
A higher man shall concentrate and win.
The biggest one will fight for his own achievement,
The other one, a smaller achiever, graces the living of others.
A lettered man hides his own achievement,
With a reasoning mind, a rationale of exceptional strength.
To combat I live in a stupor, live in unhappy weather,
Just to let the rest be pitiful of me.

Sweetheart

If I was to stand in a general election
Would you tell me about your close inspection
And how I never stood for detection
Or would you take another man?
If I told you I had the solution to starvation
All the nations would be their own salvation
And those that lead us lead us not into temptation
Or they pick another man?
Sweetheart
Its affecting me
Sweetheart
Its so effective
Sweetheart
Do you detect in me
A sacred sweetheart
If I told you about my plan would you believe me?
This is my body, my blood, would you receive me?
Or would you be the first to deceive me
And take another man
If I told you that Im not the man to worry
Would you believe me when I said I was really sorry?
Or would you rush off in a hurry to take another man?
Sweetheart
Disconnect from me
Sweetheart
You have got no respect for me
Sweetheart
Its affecting me
My sacred sweetheart
And when youre troubled and when youre ill
You know Ill help, I always will
And when youre troubled and really down
You know Ill always be around
And when youre troubled and really broke
There is hope, theres hope, theres hope
Sweetheart
Its affecting me
Sweetheart
Youve got no respect for me
Sweetheart
Its so effective
My sacred sweetheart
Sweetheart
Disconnect
Sweetheart
Its so effective
Sweetheart
Its affecting me
My sacred sweetheart
Sweetheart
Sweetheart

United Nations

Hussein, a tyrant, a persona non grata
Deserved to be flushed from his high-ranking strata
Our world perhaps safer with Saddam's removal
But removal only with the U.N.'s approval

With little respect for international law
Bush came to shove with his 'Shock' and his 'Awe'
'Wage your war, ignore U.N. dissenters
Might is right' advised hawkish Bush-mentors

As time ticks away and peace is in ruin
Time's running out for our peace-keeping U.N.
Formed to keep nations living as brothers
Some members now feel more equal than others

Respect for America's historical lore
Should have prevented this pre-emptive war
The world's future demands we ease confrontations
By keeping most relevant our United Nations

No Matter What The Weather Shows

I've got you.
You've got me.
And we've got...
Dreams.

I've got you.
You've got me.
And we've got...
Our dreams.

Together we can conquer,
With our dreams.
Together we can make it,
With our dreams.
Together life is better,
With our dreams.

And I've got you.
You know you've got me.
And together...
We've got those dreams.

Oh yes I've got you.
And you've got me.
And we both together will fulfill dreams.

Together we can conquer,
With our dreams.
Together we can make it,
With our dreams.
Together life is better,
With our dreams.
No matter what the weather,
We've got dreams.

Storm winds come blowing...
But no matter what the weather shows,
Together we'll combat it with our dreams.

Storm winds come blowing...
But no matter what the weather shows,
Together we'll combat it with our dreams.

Together we'll combat the storms,
With our dreams.

I've got you.
You've got me.
And we've got...
Dreams.

No matter what the weather shows,
Together we will always know...
Together we'll combat it with our dreams.
Together we'll combat it with our dreams.

When Disparities Are Exposed

I am a writer.
Not a combat fighter.
I choose to use my mind for thought.
And not to collect schemes to manipulate,
With teachings learned to others taught.

I have ambitions to ascend up and beyond,
Those trenches and pits...
Others sit with a searching for fresh conflicts.
As if they have a life purpose determined to journey...
To either start them or add fire to ensure they exist.

I have a tool I use and proud to have.
And bitter and sometimes sweet are my deliveries.

But never will I preach a hatred.
Nor deception will I seek.
And if I should encounter either...
The best I will do to crush them under my feet.
Since keeping my love and peace intact,
Will be done by using methods that are not beneath me.

I am a writer not a combat fighter.
However...
My cheeks are not made for turning.
Nor are my eyes or mouth meant,
To keep them shut and closed.
Both will open when disparities are exposed.

I have a tool I use and proud to have.
And bitter and sometimes sweet are my deliveries.
I'm just that kind of guy!
Although I don't make claims to be wise.
I am too proactive to allow that to be admitted.
And yet there is a wisdom I can't deny or disguise.

Hunting High And Low

Typed by [email protected]
Hunting High and Low:
Here I am
And within the reach of my hand
She's sound asleep
And she's sweeter now
Than the wildest dream
Could have seen her
And I watch her slipping away
But I know I'll be
Hunting high and low
Ah there's no end
To the lengths I'll go to
Hunting high and low
Ah there's no end
To the lengths I'll go
To find her again
Upon this my dreams are depending
Through the dark
I sense the pounding of her heart
Next to mine
She's the sweetest love
I could find
So I guess I'll be
Hunting high and low
Ah, there's no end
To lengths I'll go to
High and low
Ah, do you know what it means
To love you
I'm hunting high and low
And now she's telling me
She's got to go away
I'll always be hunting high and low
Only for you (And now she's telling me)
Watch me tearing myself to pieces
Hunting high and low
Ah, there's no end
To lengths I'll go to
For you I'll be hunting high and low

The Supreme's Approval

You have refused to accept,
The message being delivered!
And those who have made attempts to deliver it...
As well.
You showed contempt and resented them.
But they did not compose,
What you need to know in the message that shows...
A clear fear that attacks!
An absent mind that lacks remorse.
A thoughless heart with no concern.
An ignorance that burns those who learn!
A shallow understanding of the 'home' one has not earned!
And a self righteousness that has created a madness...
You have bestowed upon yourself in denial,
That trashes the lives of others!
In a stubborness that resist the appearance,
Of honesty and truth!

You want options?
With 'Reflections' of those times,
Hoping 'Someday We'll Be Together'
In some prefrabricated glimmer and glitz...
Glistening with glitter in some existing bliss!
Hmmmm...?
There will be no trial or jury!
There will just be your removal...
Yes, your removal!
In ways that meet with The Supreme's approval!
And Diana, Flo and Mary...
Will have nothing to do with what's ahead for you!
There will be no Motown requests where you're going!
