The Touchables
Speaking of which, what is your choice
Your conversation will suffice
I feel the need thats known to all
Better use it up before the levels fall
You can take me back to the primal drive
You can carry on until we arrive
Hypnotised inside
Now Im not young and youre not old
Id rather purchase than be sold
Crazed friends so bold
Its not easy to conceal
When youre so touchable
People will hide indifference
Just to be touchable
They still emit split second screams
When they are touchable
Under the surface just for kicks
Sincerely touchable
You say its okay, but what do I feel
Guilt, compassion, or achilles heel
Little feet march down grey matter hill
Then panic occurs, no seeds to spill
Whats the matter now
Please look up and speak
Your spirits wilting and your flesh is weak
Eight days a week
I cant imagine whatll happen now
I wonder when and I wonder how
The end will come
Its not easy to conceal
When youre so touchable
People will hide indifference
Just to be touchable
Its not easy to conceal
When youre so touchable
People will hide indifference
Just to be touchable
They still emit split second screams
When they are touchable
Under the surface just for kicks
Sincerely touchable
The final answer to all our fears
Abrupt conclusion to all our years
Still touchable but no one hears
They carry on hypnotised inside

Intransparent
in the desert you see a mirage.
on the mountains lots of fog
beneath the forest are the mists
inside the womb of the sea
lights are refracted, things appear
so near and touchable so real
there are in transparencies
unavoidable as you and I.
do not grope for words to put
ourselves in the cage of thoughts.
we are always beyond description.
we become sometimes a painful obsession.
it is at this moment, when forgetting becomes
the most necessary joy: a handshake, a hand waving
goodbye.

Your Poems...
addictive
enslaving, compelling
ecstatic
northern lights
halo
a vent and running
electricity over our
bodies
nutritional, redeeming
scenic
imagery, a painting that
speaks to you
a sculpture that seems
more real
a running river
a deep ocean
a singing shell
a banquet alone
a Bedouin riding on his horse
towards an oasis
fantasy land
yet so concrete and
touchable

Art Achieved Spins
art time
art elastic time
stretches
into art objects
concrete
wet paint
touchable images
constructed realities
art achieved spins
stretches libraries
fills glass museums
wow collector walls
art lives in cells
electrified brains
speaks primal instincts
mourns clipped wings
cut veins
bleed art lives
blood vanish mixes
weep red violins

What She Likes About Pain Is That...
what she likes about the queen of pain is that...
she has more things to show that makes us more
real, something that is touchable
not just another kind of colored imagination
like rainbows and auroras that the king of happiness own.
the more she sheds tears the more the lands become
more visible to the toes and the feet confront themselves
with rocks and pebbles.
for after all counted from the very moment she had first seen
light,
her hands already felt the coldness of the floors
the ticks, the prick of the thorns of her hairs
all over her body
then one day, after day one, till kingdom come,
she becomes the princess of pain herself
worshiped by many
liked by most
an icon, candles are lighted in her honor
the day when she died.

Who Is Untouchable?
Who is untouchable and who is touchable?
Who is unlovable and who is lovable?
For it takes the earthworm today to catch a fish,
And like your sweet love hidden behind the mango tree.
There is no future in yesterday!
But tomorrow holds on for its self;
And you are now with me today to respect the muse of love.
This great future is more important than a piece of prayer,
And the voice in me is like the voice of a woman;
But it is now time for me to rethink about the future!
Because, there is no future in yesterday.

Heaven-ly
gazing up at the sky
I know that many have reasons why
they believe in it all
but others prosecutions make them fall
Why? why do we believe in it anyhow?
ask us believers and we will surely avow
but we have no proof to share
us believers will declare that is is there.
rarely will we doubt it-
barely holding it to be touchable-y true
because we are unfairly doubted
but our proof lies in the love He supplies
to be in heaven is to be with the Lord
to know heaven is to know the Lord
to walk to heaven is to walk the paths of the Lord
to love heaven is to love God.
even if we followers are proven to be wrong
in the end, did we not end up where we belonged all along?
we were never with out God
so go on believing that our belief in heaven is odd.

In Working With Images....
when we work with images
they become real, touchable,
i, too, smell
what has been transformed by
a dream
like a bread
baked
sending its fresh flavor
in the air
hot tea is served in the cold
corners of the mind
i am seeing beauty
and shapes of bodies come out from
glossy paper
i severed myself from the pains of
you
the images are real and they do not ask
if things are moral
i embrace all these images for the main reason
that i must live
my life
amidst the rules of this mundane games
every night i sleep late
transforming what this world thinks as invisible
in the morning
virtual leaves fall at the foot of the real tree
on top of grass, as green as my mind
flowers are flaming
like fire
in my belly.

Since childhood the night scares you
Since childhood the night scares you
as if here in Africa dark things do sneak about
and when the stars appear you start to long
for tomorrows when the sun hangs bright in the blue sky
and it feels as if something almost touchable sneaks up on you.
Since childhood the night scares you
as if even the wind hisses at times like a deadly snake,
as if something dangerous is drinking water from the dog's bowl
and when the stars appear you start to long
do want to replace your fears with my presence,
and you want to baste in the passion of our love.
Since childhood the night scares you
and it feels as if something evil wants to catch you
when you sometimes find shelter in the bath
and when the stars appear you start to long
while I dry the tears from your rosy cheek,
and hold on to you through the night.
Since childhood the night scares you
and when the stars appear you start to long.

Now And Eternity
i have to content myself
with temporary reliefs thinking that it gives me
an extension of time
a pinch of this salt
a crumb of pearl
a grain of sugar
to walk with life and not stop
as it goes on alone with its journey even without me,
i shut the window of eternity
and please myself with what is so temporary in my room
on my pillow that rests my head
in sweeter sleep
there are fewer tears shed rather than the anxieties that go
with living beyond what i still clasp within my hands
my fingers still fidgety
over what is next
i know what is there beyond me but you cannot blame me
for settling for less
because it is too far yet and here i am
still bouncing with the pinkness of my age,
the reddish cheek that i still have
on my face
the wild thoughts that like horses in the pastures of my mind
in short if eternity is true
and the sacrifice is too much
i guess i have to take it later
and for the meantime settle with the
whiteness of this chicken egg
at the center of the scarlet
table
waiting for my hungry mouth
to eat
there is a time for everything
do not blame me for grabbing what is now
this relevance
and touchable
hardness
this is the moment that may take me there
who knows?

Youre All That I Want
Youre the only girl Ive been dreamin of
Youre the only woman I ever loved
I want you to believe its true
Theres nothing I would rather do
My heart belongs to you, I know what Im at
Youre all that I want
Youre all that I need
Youre all that I see
Youre everything to me
Youre all that I want
And you need to feel my love inside
And I need to show what I cant hide
Its something that you just cant fight
It feels so good it must be right
There aint no use in lyin to myself
Chorus:
Youre all that I want
Youre all that I need
Youre all that I see
Youre everything to me
Youre all that I feel
Youre my dream come true
Youre my everything
No matter what you do
Youre all that I want
And if you leave me, dont say goodbye, cause youre all I need to get by

Hypnotised
I can feel the whole world spinning around
Im losing ground
I feel it every day
And I can feel you coming inside out
Im losing touch with all reality
I remember the look in your eyes
The way that they pulled me inside
All Ive got now in my defence is my innocence
Ive been hypnotised
I can hear the church bells ringing out
Reminds me of some bright and sunshine day
When all the pretty horses you would ride
Would come right back to feel your energy
I still remember the look in your eyes
The way that they filled me inside
All Ive got now in my defence
Is my innocence
Ive been hypnotised
You know it wont be easy
Its never easy
Ive been hypnotised
It wont be easy
If youve got a heart that burns inside
Let me get inside let me tangle with the flames
If youve got a light that burns inside
The heat will rise and melt down once again
Im waiting for a sign, help me realign
Maybe its a sin I know but its not a crime
All I know, Ive been hypnotised
Maybe theres a way I can find a way
Final hour judgement day
All I know, Ive been hypnotised
And then I realise

Freeze the Froze
let every drops of fog, draw each dews of life
beneath the smooth touchable face and raise the
tears of joy and happiness that vanish the
glowing heart of wonder in your blessing
let every petals of Daffodils and Rose grow in
the meadow of the conquering spirit of mine and
forward to the altar of harmony tops the closeness
of joy of sacredness
let me tell you that all I wish and prayer is the
sole pride of gift I ask as, I offer to my wonderful
God in heaven, for every wink of a breezing tide
of memory has made me real in your life
lead me the blessing of thanks, you're the one
whom the most I love; strengthen my being one
with God, the holiness welcomes your presence
my Dear and the beginning of time had anchor our
lives till the end of today
paddle every stream we pass for the canoe leads
us to where the river and sea relieve from a distance
shore and as steps wait for us of our return, the dawn
open the gate of what the future begins
refresh my cool heart and the day is our to share ….

It Aint Easy
When you climb to the top of the mountain
Look out over the sea
Think about the places perhaps, where a young man could be
Then you jump back down to the rooftops
Look out over the town
Think about all of the strange things circulating round
It aint easy, it aint easy
It aint easy to get to heaven when youre going down
Well all the people have got their problems
That aint nothing new
With the help of the good lord
We can all pull on through
We can all pull on through
Get there in the end
Sometimes itll take you right up and sometimes down again
It aint easy, it aint easy
It aint easy to get to heaven when youre going down
Satisfaction, satisfaction
Keep me satisfied
Ive got the love of a hoochie koochie woman
She calling from inside
Shes a-calling from inside
Trying to get to you
All the woman really wants you can give her something too
It aint easy, it aint easy
It aint easy to get to heaven when youre going down
It aint easy, it aint easy
It aint easy to get to heaven when youre going down

Our Life Here On Earth
it is all about mumbling
about nothing at all... some
however,
make a lot of noise
and chatter
hoping that they can
be heard
and be adjudged as
something or someone
or somebody, but..... the ashes
tell, the wind blows, and leaves
that scar of
nothing on
the floor....you rebel upon this, , ,
thought, claiming...
we were born in paradise
descended upon
our parents from that apple tree
of an ancient life,
progeny of the
classical times, ...
everyday, everyday is everyday
echoing
suffering, temporary bliss,
worked out joys, worn out lamentations,
grief, tears of magnitude,
humanity undressed
thin emaciated bodies
hungry and painful minds
....tell me what is there
to say that life is worth living? ...ah,
if only i was not brainwashed
with all those
beliefs that stick to my mind
like goddamn
hell, .. i should not have hoped
about rewards
on those rooms
reserved for those who survive
the hurts.
i wait, i am patient, i am kind,
i must be anxious, hoping that
it is not nothing but something
somewhere, someone,
somebody, ...that i live in this
real world
with a touchable future....i am
my hands, my body,
i am
spirit, i am mumbling, ...i am
not
nothing at all.
the world has a thousand eyes,
a million hands,
when it speaks it does not waste
any word.

The Way I Feel
Written by christine mcvie.
Once in everyones life
You know a feeling has to grow
And you may be having a bad time
And you really shouldnt let it show
Youre taking a risk, but it doesnt matter
cos you know, you know that its real
I cant conceal the way that I feel
I cant conceal the way, the way that I feel
How many times have I told you
Oh, I adore you
And if it meant anything at all
Id do anything for you
But its too late and I know Im making
A fool, a fool of myself
But I cant conceal the way that I feel
I cant conceal the way, the way that I feel

Burning Up
Said youre burnin up inside, no one seems to tell
Youre living from a personalized manual from hell
Life is pretty easy when its from my easy chair
And youre burnin up inside and no one cares
Said you had enough this time, cause time dont treat you well
You always cried coincidence, while I drew parallel
Life it seems so easy when its from my easy chair
And youre burnin up inside, burnin up inside
Burnin up inside and you hurt me!
Try to take my hand tonight, Ill show you where to start
cause every word that left your lips is like a needle through my heart
And life it seems so easy when its from my easy chair and youre burnin up inside, burnin up inside
Burnin up inside and you hurt my eyes
(cause youre burnin up inside)
Hurt my eyes
(cause youre burnin up inside)
Hurt my eyes
(cause youre burnin up inside)
