Last Living Souls
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Take a gun
Or how you say
That's no way you behave
Just a law, a new begin
Sing a song that doesn't sin
And it grows
Hey, you know
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last to get away to some another day?
Do we know
Well, we know
Doesn't seem to be complete
Are we, are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Are we the last living souls?
Get up, get up, get up, get up...
What you say?
Cause all I was on
I got it down wrong
I see myself to get
And the Lord, seeing all now
Can you take us in
The part that comin' on
The coldest man doesn't see it's all
We go to the car
I see you walk to the far
And when you get there do you see
You fit the last you need on me
Cause we're the last living souls
We're the last living souls
Yeah, we're the last living souls
We're the last living souls

Souls Of The Churchyard
Looking out of the
stained glass window
at the churchyard graves
Watching the souls of the dead
rising and intertwining
with the souls of the living
As I step out of church
and adjust my eyes
to the daylight sky
I feel a soul step into me
and say...
I'll see you when it's your time
But for now live and love
because if your living
someday you have to die

Are They Still Here?
sometimes i question what
has been taught about souls
are they still here?
are they in heaven, and then on All Soul's Day
permitted to visit us
here in our homes?
is there a day when the souls of the dead
and the those who are still leaving
meet and converse
and evaluate what's up?
i like to think, there is still this connection.
Papa telling me what to do and
Mama still comforting me about
what has been done.
And all the souls of my ancestors
for once on this day of the souls
Guiding me towards what pleases them
and what pleases us all,
something that is good and beautiful
and yes, levelling
when the dead and the living are still one
inhabitants all
in God's everlasting grace.

Lonely Soul
Richard ashcroft :
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls
Yeah, yeah
I believe theres a time and a place
To let your mind drift and get out of this place
I believe theres a day and a place
That we will go to, and I know you wanna share.
Theres no secret to living (theres no secret to living)
Just keep on walking
Theres no secret to dying (theres no secret to dying)
Just keep on flying.
Im gonna die in a place that dont know my name
Im gonna die in a space that dont hold my fame.
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls.
I believe theres a time when the cord of life
Should be cut, my friends (cut the cord, my friend)
I believe theres a time when the cord can be cut
And this vision ends (let this vision end).
But Im gonna die in a place that dont know my name
And Im gonna cry in a space that dont hold my fame.
Walking in the cold
Just keep on flying
Therell be a searchlight
On the mountain high
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls
God knows youre lonely souls
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Im a lonely soul.
Im gonna die in a place that dont know my name
Im gonna die in a place that dont know my name.
God knows you are lonely souls
Lonely souls
Lonely souls
Lonely souls
Im a lonely soul.
So long, little chapel
? ? ?
Pack up your light
Pack up your light
Say goodbye to the holy water life
Ohhh.....? ? ?
? ? ?
Ahhh.....

Souls
Low souls don't even
Touch me
Their leader…
I laughed at it
High souls
Guided me
But not even them
Come anymore
It's just me
And God.
The ones living
Who try
To escape light
Can't undo me.
They undo only
Themselves.

All Souls’ Day
The many ones I knew are hardly seen;
My friends, relatives are in scarce numbers;
Their memories are truly evergreen;
But death has put those souls in deep slumbers!
Most near and dear and loved ones are all gone;
This world looks empty but their graves abound;
They couldn’t be saints but sinned even alone;
Their cemeteries with time are hardly found!
Yet, most had left with venial sins galore;
In Purgatory, God cleanses souls by grace;
They need our prayers to be freed much more;
Like gold refined, souls enter Heaven’s haze!
But fiery love of God can change their roles;
The ones in mortal sins are nearer hell;
God’s mystic mercy could redeem such souls;
The living souls on earth can make them well!
All Souls’ Day comes once in a year for all;
Let’s empty Purgatory by praying hard;
Let’s fast to hasten Almighty God’s call;
Recite the rosary to stay on guard!
God, send your angels soon to fetch all souls;
Their sufferings are much more than on earth;
Let light perpetual shine upon dead souls;
Take them to Your Abode and grant them mirth!
Show mercy Lord, on every soul, we pray!
Let light divine annul the hellish spray;
Forgive them, Jesus Christ, we beg to say;
Ignore their trespasses on Judgment Day!
Lovingly dedicated to all souls on ‘All Souls’ Day! ’

Thirsty Souls
Everyone has a thirsty soul, a driving force to make man whole,
To fill that spiritual side of man, being part of the Creator’s plan.
Everyone who truly does thirst, truly must seek the Creator first,
He’s the only one able to fill, souls according to His eternal will.
Filling us with the Spirit of God, sent down upon all earthly sod,
To dwell in the soul of all of us, who in the Lord place their trust.
God brings us first to His Son, the Lord and Savior of everyone,
Then God fills you day by day, as you walk in life’s Narrow Way.
Out from a dry and barren land, He guides us with a loving hand,
To God’s Eternal River of Life, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
God takes a soul, once aloof, into the Word, God’s Eternal Truth,
And He fills the soul as they read, making changes as they heed.
Christ fills us beyond our need, as God’s Spirit, we allow to lead,
Upon The Rock we take a stand, as we go to the Promised Land,
The Rock, from where water flows, to the souls the Father knows,
The Living Water from above, provided through the Savior’s love.
God shall fill the souls of men, who in Christ become Born Again,
Come to Him and thirst no more, by Jesus Christ the Living Door,
Who fills thirsty souls of men, in ways which only the Creator can,
As He fills their souls spiritually, preparing them for Life Eternally.

The Lonely Souls
The lonely souls wanders
Alone in the walks of life
No other souls as their companion
The lonely souls wanders
Alone in the daybreak
they've done their duties
In the walks of life
The lonely souls wanders
Alone in the life
They meet many other souls
Who comes to be
Unfit for the lonely souls
The lonely souls wanders
As the days pass by
The lonely souls became
More lonely, with no other
souls as their companion
The lonely souls wanders
Alone in the walks of life
The lonely souls decides
Not to die, but to face
Life in all it's hardships
The lonely souls still wanders.

Valley Of Lost Souls
I hit the highway
Touch life barely sixteen
No angel of mercy
Coming down to save the soul of me
I took a greyhound limousine
Straight to grand central nyc
It was ass, gas, or grass, living fast
Nobody rides for free
Chorus:
Living it up, giving it up
Living in the valley of lost souls
Wanting it all, taking the fall
Living in the valley of lost souls
Miss misery come ride me
How I love her company
She did boston justice
And wronged all the right out of me
The devil wears a black suit
He says Im livin like a bum
So what Im looking like Im half dead
A gypsy on the run
Chorus
Feels like times running out on me
But I wasnt born to play nobodys fool
Aint nobody gonna hold me down to play nobodys fool
Aint nobody gonna hold me down
Ive gotta roll, roll, roll, roll, roll, roll
Solo
Somebody save me

A Fisher Of Men Jesus Said To Be
In the name of my Lord and Saviour
Jesus Christ I offer any passerby who thirsts
the living waters the bread of Christ
wide I cast my nets as a fisher of men
I walk the lake shore I walk the rivers
oceans storms of seas bear witness
fishing foreign shores for shipwrecked souls
even long line will I fisher of men use cast
behind fishing for any lost souls to bite hooks
offer hope eternal piercing into lost life souls.

Cast Away Souls
If you do not cast away souls
My living and dying shall cease;
I shall come with love and bear corn,
Like the fields of heavenly gardens.
My offspring will reject the truth
And then return to it.
If you do not love my soul,
Then it will speak wonders and miracles
For you to cast away souls;
And for me this will cause contentment.

Land Of The Living
i found myself
in another world
i found myself
alive and well
i am the vapor
i am the gas
you be the angel
of everything
this is the land of the living
this is the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the living
the living
i lost myself
too wide a plane
i opened up
i'm not the same
i am electric
made of wire
you be the match
i'll be the fire
this is the land of the living
this is the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the living
the living
the living
in myself i try for you
walk a thousand miles to get us through
airways
jet planes
safe landings
no branding
land
land
this is the land of the living
the land of reprisal
this is the land of the living
the land of survival
survival
land
land
this is the land of the living
the living
the living
the living

Oxygen
We all ferment
A face can change but souls stay young
We're all connected
So take a journey with someone
Learn to be as one
Still living, sinking, falling, twisting
But I'm beathing you in
Breathing you in
Oxygen
Oxygen
We all ferment
A taste can change from days so young
You feel rejected Just hold your head up to the sun
Learn to be as one
Still living, sinking, falling
We're still living, drifting
I'm beathing you in
Breathing you in
Still living, sinking, feeding, twisting
I'm living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Disconnecting
Oxygen
Oxygen
Oxygen
Still living, sinking, falling, twisting
We're still living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Still living, sinking, falling, drifting
We're living
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you in
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I'm breathing you in
Breathing you

We Have a Love that Unites Our Souls
We have a love that unites our souls
We love to love each other
For our love lives in our hearts
Keeping the fire burning in our eyes.
The riches of honesty and happiness
Bestowed on us was received with gratitude
In return we both bestow our love on every living soul
With respect for every living creature
We have travelled over life's mountains of dreams
Thru deep valleys of temptation and
With our love and God's guidance from birth
Showing living with love is a golden worth

Light Of Glory
Voices of the living
Faces of the dead
Shadows of their souls
In my head
Spirits walking
to the light of glory
looking down
on a world in mourning
Mourning for the living
not the dead

All Souls Day: The Faithful Departed
Today, we think of all souls dead, some dear;
Some were so near, now gone afar, we fear;
Some were our friends, both good and bad, we knew;
But they all vanished like the morning dew!
Some were our neighbours, righteous or quite bad;
Nevertheless, they’re dead, which seems so sad;
Some were just strangers whom we met sometime;
They are no more with us in life and time.
Many we heard of, now no longer live;
Some men violent to violent ends did give;
Many unknown are gone forever too;
We pray, the love of God must all souls woo.
Some bodies lie in earthy dampness cold;
Some met a watery grave or in urns hold;
Some killed by beasts or men-demonic, died;
Many were holy, in God did abide!
Some were burnt, their ashes scattered by wind;
Some as mummies in pyramids, we find;
The end of many, we can’t imagine;
For myriads dead and worm-eaten, we pine!
The world of dead exceeds the living one;
Who thinks of orphans and who lived alone?
Kings, queens, lords, ladies, paupers too are gone;
Let living pray for God’s mercy and moan!
‘May the souls dead all, rest in peace;
May God forgive sinners with ease! ’

Robert Davidson
I grew spiritually fat living off the souls of men.
If I saw a soul that was strong
I wounded its pride and devoured its strength.
The shelters of friendship knew my cunning,
For where I could steal a friend I did so.
And wherever I could enlarge my power
By undermining ambition, I did so,
Thus to make smooth my own.
And to triumph over other souls,
Just to assert and prove my superior strength,
Was with me a delight,
The keen exhilaration of soul gymnastics.
Devouring souls, I should have lived forever.
But their undigested remains bred in me a deadly nephritis,
With fear, restlessness, sinking spirits,
Hatred, suspicion, vision disturbed.
I collapsed at last with a shriek.
Remember the acorn;
It does not devour other acorns.

My Thinkers
Ten times my thinking men reply,
To read is too fine an art of living,
To be nonsense creates my kite
That I fly and manipulate for myself.
Offer your followers some advice
That God has provided from abacuses
Stored in the clouds above our heads.
We see our words as numbers
Sparkling like silver plates.
My thinkers hear the reality,
Knowing their learned souls from souls.
In this sense, parts of your life
Are weak, for philosophy is too grave
An endeavour.
