Dark Bodies (demo)
Dark bodies floating in darkness
No sign of light ever given
Imprisoned in a world without a memory
Unconscious, or am I conscious?
Cut from the heart I am part of
Sometimes it feels as though I'm frozen in heaven
And I saw my own face in the black lonely space
Like a spark frozen grey
Floating away [x2]
In dreams I see myself flying
Closer to the sun and I'm climbing
Tried to touch the sun
But the brightness burned my eyes
Unconscious, or am I conscious?
Fell from the sky like a star
Sometimes it feels as though I'm frozen in heaven
And I saw my own face in the black lonely space
Like a spark frozen grey
Floating away
And I saw my own face in the black lonely space
Like a spark...
My mind was so dark...
My life was so dark...
My mind was so dark...
My life was so dark...
Everything was dark
Unconscious, or am I conscious?
Fell from the sky like a star
Sometimes I feel as though I'm frozen in Heaven
And I saw my own face in the black lonely space
Like a spark frozen grey
Floating away [x2]
And I saw my own face like a spark...floating away

Spark In The Dark
Welcome to the party
Its only me and you
Tell the world to go away, babe
And Ill tell you what to do
Come over here and kiss me
I want to pull your hair
Turn out the lights and hold me
I want to touch you everywhere
We dont need nobody, baby
We dont need champagne
Ill take you to the deepest,
Darkest, hottest, lovers lane
For a little spark in the dark
Just a little spark in the dark
Dont matter where we sleep
Dont matter where we park
All we need is a spark, spark
Spark in the dark
Just a little spark in the dark
Come around midnight
Well be crawlin on the floor
Burnin with the fever
And yellin out for more
But dont you write it in your
Diary, baby
Dont blab it on the phone
Cuz if your mom and dad find out
Theyll skin me to the bone
Now we dont need instructions,
Baby
Dont you be afraid
It takes a little friction
Thats how our love is made
]from a little spark in the dark
Just a little spark in the dark
Dont matter what you say
No matter what you do
As long as it is me and you
We got a spark in the dark
Just a little spark in the dark, yeah
We dont need nobody, baby
We dont need cocaine
Ill take you to the deepest,
Darkest, hottest lovers lane
Spark in the dark
Just a little spark in the dark
Dont matter where we sleep
Dont matter where we park
All we need is a spark, spark
Spark in the dark

Clouds
A visible mass of droplets,
Frozen crystals, in the air.
Suspended in the atmosphere,
Clouds floating everywhere.
Sometimes light and fleecy,
Softly floating by.
Other days dark and angry,
As they begin to cry.
Raindrops gently falling,
Frozen crystals melt away.
Drying up their eyes,
Preparing for another day.
As they continue on their
journey,
On the ground they lay.
Preparing nature for
tomorrow,
Preparing for another day.

Voices In The Dark (remix)
Voices in the subway,
Looking for the overnight.
Echo in the darkness,
Lonely cries within a sound.
A voice that has no face,
Is lost in time and inner space.
Chasing dreams that got lost in the dark.
Reaching out, always searching,
Lonely voices in the dark.
[This is Surbiton, Surbiton. The train at Platform Two is for Wimblelton and
Waterloo only.]
Lonely voices in the dark.
Lonely voices in the dark.
A voice that has no face,
Is lost in time and inner space.
Chasing dreams that got lost in the dark.
Reaching out, always searching,
Lonely voices in the dark.
Lonely voices in the dark.
Lonely voices in the dark.

The other me....
Black angel, dark face
Alive in time and space,
Black angel darkest day
Shall always find the way.
There is this other me
Who lies inside and hide
Comes forth with any fight
And always in the dark of night.
Black angel
Strong and wild,
Black angel
Never mild.
Sleeping in the day
When the sky is blue,
Then shows a dark face
When darkness comes through.
Black angel
Falling sin,
Black angel
All within.

Incantation
A white well
In a black cave;
A bright shell
In a dark wave.
A white rose
Black brambles hood;
Smooth bright snows
In a dark wood.
A flung white glove
In a dark fight;
A white dove
On a wild black night.
A white door
In a dark lane;
A bright core
To bitter black pain.
A white hand
Waved from dark walls;
In a burnt black land
Bright waterfalls.
A bright spark
Where black ashes are;
In the smothering dark
One white star.

Some Fun With Balloons On A Midnight Candle
some colored balloons in my room
floating towards the ceiling
they are light
wanting to escape
their nature of flight
they can fly away from this roof
and they all gleam on borrowed light of the moon
like some colored lights
fruits, floating fruits dissolving in dark skies
above a midnight candle
they stay for a while and travel a certain distance
in this heat this dark confusion in my mind
each shall burst, i have not heard this sound
cracking in this darkness
floating, i am, it is me, how well do i know?
this burst this natural death
in space

Lost Forest's Ancient Chant
(dedicated to Mr.Esa-Pekka Salonen, a gifted conductor)
frozen zephyrs blow softly
grey leaves sway tenderly
dark flowers whisper suavely
anguished ravens dance smoothly
frozen rains pour continuously
grey cypresses shake gently
dark thorns grasp suddenly
anguished howls sing sadly
lost spirits
scream helplessly
lost feelings
scratch lonely memory
lost desires
mock at saviors
lost souls
ask for favors
boars crash undergrowth
they all quiet their breath
it is just before the midnight
headlamps give enough light
don't sleep away this night
we are right by your side
don't fall into magic spell
we fight with you until hell
hereux celui qui a pu penetrer
les causes secretes des choses
if pass bleakest moments
will reach brightest times
why can't these all be feel
as paradise without chill?
O fearless knights!
we follow your paths
O restless wanderers!
we hail your brave ways
lost loves
search for hope
lost minds
widen the scope
lost hearts
challenge destiny
lost moods
face bitter reality
anguished wolves run gently
dark smokes hug tightly
grey eyes stare intensely
frozen woods speak wisely
anguished deer walk slowly
dark mushrooms fly closely
grey flames crawl shockingly
frozen lagoons smile naively

Life and death
From short train ride to lover's kiss
My heart is rescued from abyss
From lonely room to night embrace
From barbed wire dreams to silk and lace
When goodbye feels like my last breath
Then the next hello is life and death.
From laughter through a windswept night
That lit our room like candlelight
To trek black hills once iced snow white.
From watching ripples cover streams
Floating leaves and floating dreams.
Euphoria and then the knife
Pain lies between the death and life.
From perfume and your twinkling eye
To dreading one lonely goodbye
Riding with me like an ache in the soul
Lonely in space toward the black hole
From heartbeat close when life has a use
No overdose slipped any noose
From comic role to your Macbeth
Apart, the dice rolls life and death.

You have a taker.
They say you are dark,
And yet would care
Their lashes and lock
Ever to be black.
They like to their heart
The Koel and the Tusker,
Dark though they are,
And would rather admire
The dark horse in race
And the black bull in fight.
To me you look no dark.
The solitary diamond
That radiates on your nose
Is far shining –
Like a lonely star –
From your new-moon face.
Whenever you grin
There forms a crescent
Across your cheek,
Flashing like a lightening
From the rain-cloud sky.
Your teeth are far milky.
Draped in lime-white voile,
With jasmine weaving your tress
And silver anklet
Circling your limbs,
You are a snow-clad peak.
No more are you dark.
I like you to my heart
Only because you are dark
And not though you’re dark.
Be assured you have a taker.

No Frontiers
If life is a river and your heart is a boat
And just like a water baby baby born to float
And if life is a wild wind that blows way on high
And your heart is Amelia dying to fly
Heaven knows no frontiers
And I've seen heaven in your eyes
And if life is a bar room in which we must wait
'Round the man with his fingers on the ivory gates
Where we sing until dawn of our fears and our fates
And we stack all the dead men in self addressed crates
In your eyes faint as the singing of a lark
That somehow this black night
Feels warmer for the spark
Warmer for the spark
To hold us 'til the day
When fear will lose it's grip
And heaven has its way
Heaven knows no frontiers
And I've seen heaven in your eyes
If your life is a rough bed of brambles and nails
And your spirit's a slave to man's whips and man's jails
Where you thirst and you hunger for justice and right
And your heart is the pure flame of man's constant night
In your eyes faint as the singing of a lark
That somehow this black night
Feels warmer for the spark
Warmer for the spark
To hold us 'til the day
When fear will lose it's grip
And heaven has its way
And heaven has its way
When all will harmonise
And you know what's in our hearts
The dream will realise
Heaven knows no frontiers
And I've seen heaven in your eyes
Heaven knows no frontiers
And I've seen heaven in your eyes

And Here Comes Dark
It's dark outside
But I see the light
Then darkness
I see the light again
And here comes dark
It's dark outside
I am lonely and sad
But I see the light
You ask my name
Then darkness
You take my hand
I see the light again
We fall in love
And here comes dark
It's dark outside
I can't find you
But I see the light
You were right there
Then darkness
I have my doubts
I see the light again
You say I'm wrong
And here comes dark
It's dark outside
I reach for you
But I see the light
You don't reach for me
Then darkness
I feel alone
I see the light again
I read your face
And here comes dark
It's dark outside
I want to leave
But I see the light
You're come to me
Then darkness
I feel your grip
I see the light
You're hurting me
And here comes dark
It's dark outside
I try to scream
But I see the light
You have my throat
Then darkness
I can not breath
I see the light
For the last time
And here comes dark

Sad Night
On the eve of my 21st birthday
I sat alone in freezing temperatures
I walked upon snow and almost slipped on frozen water
The sky was clear above me as a plane flew over head
Dark, cold, lonely, sad night
Amidst the frustration of the winter dog trying to bite my backside
My feet were freezing inside their boots
My body was numb; the icy air ate through my gloves
It provided a bone chilling unpleasantness
It is a cold, lonely, dark, sad night
I called a friend to have a chat, but there was no answer
I was literally standing atop a frozen snow angel
That I had formed with my body a few days earlier
I left a message, not much more to it
Tis a lonely, dark, cold, sad night
I crusaded from one side of the parking lot
To the other in search of light
I could find no sunshine in my presence
Nay, I was shrouded by the deepest blackest shadows
Of the dark, sad, cold, lonely night
I can not sleep, I can not hide
The death’s awake, alive inside.

When the Lavender Returns
As cold as ice
Wrapped round your brain
And darkness unfolds
You’re breathing in pain
It’s been freezing here
In this Land of Shattered Dreams
It’s been freezing here
This corrupted winter stings
It’s been freezing here
(Où est la Lavande?)
Your body can’t stay warm
(Où est la Lavande?)
It’s been freezing here
(Où est la Lavande?)
This cruel and criminal storm
(Où est la Lavande?)
But don’t give up
Don’t despair
Taste the hope
Floating through the air
When the lavender returns
It’ll warm your frozen bones
Vivid violet clothes
In their candy overtones
When the lavender returns
It’ll race across the land
Rebel flower grows
In the palm of your free hand
If you look out your window
The ground’s parched and bare
If you call for your lover
She’s no longer there
If you ponder your life
Well, it feels like a wreck
And your failures are scars
You can never forget
As leaves turn brown
Sky fades to grey
You’re feeling the drought
The end of the day
It’s been lonely here
In this World of Fallen Souls
It’s been lonely here
With nowhere left to go
But don’t give up
Don’t despair
Taste the hope
Floating through the air
When the lavender returns
It’ll warm your frozen bones
Vivid violet clothes
In their candy overtones
When the lavender returns
(Où est la Lavande?)
It’ll race across the land
(Où est la Lavande?)
Rebel flower grows
(Où est la Lavande?)
In the palm of your free hand

(Où est la Lavande?)
It’ll warm your frozen bones
(Où est la Lavande?)
Vivid violet clothes
(Où est la Lavande?)
In their candy overtones
(Où est la Lavande?)

The Three Of Us In The Dark
(Carly Simon)
The three of us in the dark
Where do I resist
One has to go
One is just a guest
One is all a fire
One is all a spark
But here I am with the two of you
The three of us in the dark
I didn't hear you walk in the door
You'd called to me years ago
I had heard
Your voice before
One is all a fire
One is all a spark
But here I am with the two of you
The three of us in the dark
The eerie sound of one lone fiddle
The wind is finding the tune
And you lying here in the middle
As innocent as the moon
Entangled in embraces that God will never see
Do you know me
Who am I talking about
It all gets so confused
And what would I do
If I had to choose
One is all a fire
One is all a spark
And here I am with the two of you
The three of us in the dark

You, the Dark
Dark, She is the mind of yours.
Icy chill of thought becomes
A steely shimmer.
Behold a glimmer in the black -
A flash of grey, that even glows
In show against the hallowed dark of you.
And that is why you scream in jarring tones
'I have no heart for joy!
My white and brittle bones have died'
You cried in dark and fractured moans.
So now the Queen of Black you writhe,
Whence from dark of shade
That honed an evil form afar;
In curse of me you bade:
'I, the wave shall rape the shore!
Violence will there be in glares I'll throw
At all who prey, and more:
A dark and fetid sea I'll bleed.'
And now, the bitter tinge
And bleak of waste
That eyed the death of once your soul
Will here forever be!
Indeed you tell:
'The cramping pain is here!
Eternal spasm, infinite chasm,
The Devil's chaplain plays!
We'll climax in a tortured glee
As all my love decays.'

Winter
Clouded with snow
The cold winds blow,
And shrill on leafless bough
The robin with its burning breast
Alone sings now.
The rayless sun,
Day's journey done,
Sheds its last ebbing light
On fields in leagues of beauty spread
Unearthly white.
Thick draws the dark,
And spark by spark,
The frost-fires kindle, and soon
Over that sea of frozen foam
Floats the white moon.

A Tiny Spark
A tiny spark of your kindness
Will make a difference
To this world of confusion, hatred, fear and pride
You look with love in your eyes for others
When their tides of life run against them
And their spirit is downcast and low
Each time you do an act of kindness
God smiles and blesses you
For in serving those troubled heart
You serve and pleases HIM too
The tiny spark of love and concern you gave
To the empty, the unloved and the afflicted
Will make a difference
To those who needs to be loved and cared for
The flawless melody coming from your heart
Brightens up a dreary day that dawned dismally
The joy and happiness you give away
Returns to shine on you everyday
The heaven above have seen you
An undivided faith and mission surrounds you
A tiny spark of your one little candle
Would very soon eclipse
The evening star of this dark world
Lightens up everybody’s corner where they are
Let us light that candle again
Just one little candle, one tiny spark
Lighting at the end of a dark tunnel
And when the final curtain falls
We can tell to ourselves
It’s been a wonderful journey…
