Jesus, He Loves Me
Edwin McCain---Jesus, He Loves Me
I've been through the valley
But I've feared no man
Saw the beach and the footprints
Alone in the sand
And times seemed hopeless
The night too dark to see
The lone footprints on the road behind
Were the times when You carried me
Jesus, He loves me
This I know
Jesus, He loves me
For the Bible tells me so
Son of God, our Savior and King
You're taking away
The sins of the world
So I'll raise my voice and sing
I've held the hand of the devil
At the crossroads of my faith
My Lord came and rescued me
By His saving grace
And Jesus, He loves me
And this I know
Oh Jesus, He loves me
And you know, He saved my soul
He saved my soul

jesus loves me this i know
he gave his life to let me know
how ever far that i may stray
he's only just a friend
jesus loves me i can say
he watches me both night and day
he show's his love
in many ways
and to him this is why i pray
jesus loves me he's my friend
he's been with me through thick and thin
and i sing this song to praise his name
for blessing me time and time again
jesus loves me this i sing

Lord Jesus, Hold Me!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please lead me to the Light!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please feed me some insight!
You loved me on Calvary!
On Calvary, it's true!
Nobody's loved as quite
As much as You!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
Receive the very heart of me,
Today, eternally!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
To find You was my destiny,
My ecstasy, my liberty!
Jesus hold me...
Lord Jesus hold me!
Lord Jesus hold me!
Please never let me go!
Yet please don't scold me!
I really want to grow!
Teach me from each Bible book!
Communion bread and wine!
Yet most of all,
Forgiveness that's divine!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
Receive the very heart of me,
Today, eternally!
Lord Jesus hold me,
Hold me to You!
The Passion sacrificed for me,
The Blood Atonement meant for me!
Jesus loves me!
Lord Jesus loves me! !

The Way to Heaven is Jesus!
Jesus is my Savior,
On whom, I can depend;
The only way to Heaven;
But my life, I must amend!
Jesus is my Friend,
Most trust-worthy on earth;
The consoler unique;
Who protects me since birth!
Jesus is my Light;
Without Him, I’m blind;
He tells me what is right;
And walks, with me behind!
Jesus is my hope;
I need not ev’r despair;
In darkness, I needn’t grope;
He loves me and takes care.
Jesus is my Lord;
The son of God, born man;
He died for sins of all;
Take me to Heav’n, He can!

I Love Jesus
I love Jesus because he first loved me
He rides the waves with me through the stormy sea
When I'm sailing smoothly across the bay
And a raging storm comes my way
He is the master of the sea
He says 'peace be still' and it will be
I want to love him even more
for he brought my boat safe to the other shore
I love Jesus because he loves me
He loved me first and made my eyes see
My savior loves me even when I fail
And His loving kindness does always prevail
I'm so glad his love is so true
and I always have him to look to
He is always there and a true friend
His love is too wonderful to even comprehend
I love Jesus because he loves me so
He loves me and keeps me and will never let me go
He sees me when my steps are going astray
And gently leads me back to him and shows the way
He is always waiting with his arms open wide
And with his love and mercy I am never denied
His love grows sweeter and sweeter each day
for He is my constant hope and stay
I love Jesus because he is always there
I know he loves me and will always care
Others may fail me, but Jesus never
I am His forever and ever
I John 4: 19 We love him, because he first loved us.

White Republican Male Jesus?

black Jesus, brown Jesus,

baby in a dumpster Jesus,
addict Jesus, old Jesus?

hungry Jesus, foreign Jesus?
bumming a cup of coffee Jesus?
brother Jesus, sister Jesus?
just bombed Jesus,

I Believe In Jesus
Ran into mother mary down on line
Street in l.a.
She was preaching the gospel
She was singing how jesus saves
When a crowd of passing tourists
Looked to see what they could see
You know before they know it she had
Them all down on their knees
I believe in jesus you know I know him
Oh so well
And Im going to heaven by and by
cause I already been through hell
I believe in jesus, in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus
So onward christian soldiers still
Marching as to war
With the cross of jesus just going on before
Now jesus was a little lamb, his fleece
Was white as snow
And every where that jesus went
This lamb is sure to go
Well I believe in jesus you know I know him
Oh so well
And Im going to heaven by and by
cause I saved my soul from going to hell
I believe in jesus, in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus
Look at the sheep cause theyre
Running fast
They wanna make it through the gates
At last
So onward christian soldiers still
Marching as to war
With the cross of jesus just going on before
I believe in jesus, in jesus
I believe in jesus, in jesus.....

Little Mo
In our pain and sinning fall
Accept peace and whine
Going bad and taking all this
It's of each and tide
Calling bean and sinning call
Now I'm neat and tight
Gonna crap with naked Elvis
Sits there cheating high
Tonight, Jesus loves you
Tonight, Jesus loves you
Tonight, Jesus loves you
Tonight, Jesus loves you
We are dead and cynical
Gun of peace in my eye
See the back with naked Elvis
It's a cheating high
But she will back on mainframe
She got crack on cocain
She got crack on seeing
Cheater, cheater...
Tonight, Jesus loves you X7
Till our death and sinning call
Except she can hide
All those fat and sacred elders
Sister off and bad-eyed
She got back on mainframe
She got crack on cocain
She got crack on seeing
Cheater, cheater...
Tonight, Jesus loves you X7
Rise (?lies?) tonight

Thank You (feat. Patti LaBelle)
[Intro: DMX]
Uh! (Our father) I'm a talk this (Who art in heaven)
Start walk this
[Verse 1: DMX]
In the name of Jesus
I can have everything good of the earth be given to me by him
In the name of Jesus
There would be never be a time that I have to fight the devil and I cannot win
In the name of Jesus
I lose all strong holds that the devil had over my life
In the name of Jesus
When I save a thousand two or save ten
So I thank the lord for my wife
In the name of Jesus
I want to thank you what you showed me what you told me
In the name of Jesus
I want to thank you for your love and watchin over me
In the name of Jesus
I don't have to, go through what I went through anymore
In the name of Jesus
I don't have to (What!) now that I got you in my life ever more (Come on!)
[Chorus: Patti LaBelle]
I know it cannot happen without you, you you, without you, oh, oh oh oh
Without you
[Verse 2: DMX]
In the name of Jesus
You gave me the book, so now I just look when I need the word
In the name of Jesus
You took, a crook, gave him a new look now he speaks the word
In the name of Jesus
It don't matter what we did tell it to the lord and he forgives
Whatever it was right or wrong
I'm a catch up with the herd then I'm comin home
In the name of Jesus
I ran away for far too long starve too long
In the name of Jesus
Where people perish for lack of knowledge
They all too strong let's get it on
In the name of Jesus
I realize I'm a sinner
I repent my sins and right this moment am a beginner
Baby in the spirit, let me go
In the name of Jesus please let me go!!!! (Come on!)
[Chorus: Patti LaBelle]
I know it cannot happen without you, you you, without you, oh, oh oh oh
Without you
[Bridge: DMX + (Patti LaBelle)]
I gotta say what's on my mind (Say what's on your mind)
You saved my life a thousand times (Saved a thousand times)
Gave me a dream that came to be
Opened my eyes so I could see
[DMX & Patti LaBelle]
I had my ups and had my downs
Until you turned my life around
And I want the whole world to see
They don't know what you mean to me
[Verse 3: DMX]
In the name of Jesus
All praises due to the shepherd watchin the flock of sheep
In the name of Jesus
Ain't even about where I'm steppin
You watch in the dark when I'm sleep
[Chorus: Patti LaBelle]
I know it cannot happen without you, you you, without you, oh, oh oh oh
Without you

God Loves Us All
God loves
us all
though we
be sinners
through
and through.
God loves
the pervert
and suicide
bomber too.
God loves
the sinner
but hates
the sin.
Remember
All Fall
Short Of
The Glory
Of God! ! !
It is through
the undeserved
kindness of God
and
by
accepting
the
ransom
sacrifice
of our
true
Lord
and Saviour
Jesus
Christ
that
we are
saved.

Saved By Love
Laura loves her little family,
And shes the kind of woman who loves them with her life.
But sometimes in the evening,
When the world rests on her shoulders
With four walls closing in,
Shell close her eyes.
Oh....
Its not like she misses being younger,
Though she never was in vogue magazine or on tv;
Her husband loves her dearly,
And the morning shows her clearly,
Kisses her little baby girl.
Laura, shes the queen of the world.
Cant imagine ever leaving now,
Now that shes been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
Listen to her quiet heart singing loud.
Laura, shes been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
I know that shes been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
Saved by love.
Theres nothing quite like my familys love to warm me,
And nothing short of deaths gonna ever leave me cold.
Well, still at times its lonely,
But through it all it only
Makes me love jesus more,
And this is what he came here for.
I cant imagine ever leaving now.
Now that Ive been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
Hes gone and turned my crazy world back around,
And Ive been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
I know that Ive been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love....
Oh, Im never leaving now,
Now that Ive been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
Hes gone and turned my crazy world back around,
And Ive been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love.
Amy, shes been saved by love,
Saved by love, saved by love....
Saved by love.
Im saved by love.
Thats right.
And nothing I can say,
Nothing I can do, nothing I can say.
Were all just saved by love.
Nothing you can say, nothing you can do.
Only love can say, only love can do,
Only love can say.
Only love can say, only love can do,
Only love can say.
Im say-yay-yaved by,
Im saved by, by,
Nothing you can do, nothing you can say,
Only love can say....

My Main Man
Just reread
an old
continuously
running
advertisement.
“Jesus Loves You”
Yes I know!
Jesus is my main man.
Jesus is always devoted to the side of right.
Jesus who died in a theological cosmic fight.
Jesus died so we could embrace divine light.

Jehovah
Consider the lilies of the field,
Solomon dressed in royal robes
Has not the worth of them.
Consider the lilies of the field.
He takes after each and every need.
Leave all your cares behind,
Seek him and you will find
Your father loves you so.
Consider the creatures of the air.
For all of the diamonds in all the earth
Have not the wealth of them.
Consider the creatures of the air.
Jehovah loves them with tender hand.
He knows your every care,
His touch is always there
To see you through the night.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
Consider the lilies of the field.
For how much more does he love his own,
If yaweh cares for them.
Consider the creatures of the air.
He takes after each and every need.
If we ask him for bread,
Will he give us a stone?
Jehovah loves his own.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,
And jesus I want you to know,
All youve done for me to set me free,
Ill never let you go.
And jehovah I love you so,

Today... 'Bread of God
This precious Manna that comes from God
is none other than Jesus Christ the Lord
Descending down from the heavens He came
To bear our sins and all of our shame
'Eat of me and you will live' Jesus said
These were the words of the Living Bread
All those that eat of Him will never die
For He is the Bread of God from on high
Let us taste and see that the Lord is good
for He has loved us as no others could.
Jesus loves with an with everlasting love
and lifts the soul to the heavens above.
(see also the additional information below in the Poet's box)
Our Lord Jesus Is With You
You may be alone in this world
With no friends around you
'Cause every word you say is true,
Our Lord Jesus is with you.
You may feel abandon by your loved ones-
Family, relatives, and friends.
Put all your trust to our Lord Jesus,
He will guide you throughout your sorrows.
You may be judged by your enemies
With their bitterness and tilted lies.
Have faith in Jesus and be merciful,
God Himself will reveal the truth for all.
Even in your days of success, happiness,
Anger, loneliness, frustration, weariness...
Our Lord Jesus is with you always.
He loves you as His precious ones.
Somewhere down the endless line
In which they called 'Eternal Life, '
Jesus will reward you in Heaven
And no more sufferings and pain.

My Jesus
My Jesus is like a voice in the dark
My Jesus is like a lonely warning
My Jesus is like a fear that haunts me
My Jesus is like a tortured memory
I'm Praying for my soul
My Jesus is a collector of pain
My Jesus says
"Pain will prove you love me"
My Jesus is like a shadow crawling
My Jesus says
"Their screams will guide you to me"
I'm Praying for your soul

Sonnet: The Name of Jesus…
The name of Jesus gives us grace anew;
The name of Jesus cures minds of evils;
The name of Jesus portrays divine view;
The name of Jesus drives away devils.
The name of Jesus works great miracles;
The name of Jesus brings solace to all;
The name of Jesus flashes parables;
The name of Jesus makes a clarion call!
The name of Jesus wards off dangers great;
The name of Jesus acts like holy knives!
The name of Jesus changes sad a fate;
The name of Jesus saves all sinners’ lives.
The name of Jesus will convert a soul;
The name of Jesus leads souls to God’s goal!

You Show Me Yours (And I'll Show You Mine)
Why me Lord what have I ever done
to deserve even one of the pleasures I've known
Tell me, Lord, what did I ever do
that was worth lovin' you or the kindness you've shown
Lord help me, Jesus, I've wasted it so
help me Jesus I know what I am
but now that I know that I've needed you so
help me, Jesus, my soul's in your hand
Try me, Lord, if you think there's a way
I can try to repay all I've taken from you
maybe Lord I can show someone else
what I've been through myself, on my way back to you
Lord help me, Jesus, I've wasted it so
help me Jesus I know what I am
but now that I know that I've needed you so
help me, Jesus, my soul's in your hand
Lord help me, Jesus, I've wasted it so
help me Jesus I know what I am
but now that I know that I've needed you so
help me Jesus my souls in your hand
Jesus, my soul's in your hand.

GOD'S TEST OF FAITH
I trust my future to Jesus Christ
The Son of God and Heaven’s King.
I’ll live my best to rely on prayer
And recall God’s blessings as I sing.
God loves everyone despite our sins
The question is do we love Him?
God’s people serve others more than self
And share His grace by love, music and hymn.
I always pray for all I love
And for those from God who are lost.
I watch what happens as they fail to believe
And suffer their shame, humiliation and cost.
HE WALKS AMOUNG US
How many times has God spoke to you,
And you said, I’ll think about it?
God doesn’t force His hand on us
It’s up to us to believe, trust and commit.
All of us have only two choices
To believe in God’s goodness or not.
Too many think of faith as just another myth
And never thank Heaven for the blessings they’ve got.
Someday everyone must stand before God
To explain their deeds and transactions.
All have a weakness toward foulness and lust
And are prisoner of their sinful attractions.
God tends to be in charge of everything
The best thing we can do is obey.
When we come to Him, He walks among us
And loves us unconditionally night and day.
WHO IS JESUS
Who is Jesus but God in a man’s body
He rules over all things, at all times, everywhere.
When we believe in Him and live by trust, faith and love
We enjoy a life of peace and contentment without compare.
Jesus rules over all things of good in Heaven and on Earth
He knows the future, present, the unknown and before.
When we come to Him in reverence of need and prayer
He has answers that give joy, peace, protection and more.
How we respond to Jesus decides how we shall rise or fall
All are accountable for what we say, do, know, and live.
Jesus is the eternal Son of God with no beginning or end
Who loves us always and is eager to provide and forgive.
SPIRITUAL MATURITY
Spiritual maturity is a lifelong process
It begins the day we are born.
Church and family work together to teach loving Jesus
Whose loss we both rejoice and mourn.
Preaching Jesus to change the outcome of lives
Should be something we do each day.
Spiritual maturity means you and I grow
As we seek Divine answers as we pray.
Love your Lord God with all your heart and soul
Write His Name on your doorway and gate.
Let the world see how much you trust in Him
Without hesitation, uncertainty or debate.
